seraphynegregson:
“Can all the sick peeps stay as far away from me as possible? I am NOT spending what little free time I have stuck in a bed.”
“You get time off? I knew I chose the wrong profession.” Freya scoffed with a smile, rolling her eyes. Technically, Freya got time off, too but she was a workaholic with a small hero-complex. That didn’t let her have many quit minutes off-duty.
“Though I suppose there are worse things than a few days in bed.” She mused, thinking about the books she’d taken along and still had to read or the countless hours of sleep she lost during double security shifts since the outbreak of the flu. Now that they were weakened, Freya wouldn’t let the camp be unwatched even for a minute. When no other security personal would or could jump in, she’d do it.

“Please, please tell me you’re one of the lucid ones. It was funny at first but the clock is really starting to tick down and we need all the help we can get.”
“I’m alright.” Freya said with a stern nod. The flu had passed her for the most part, save for a rough patch in the first few days of it spreading around the camp. “Do you need help with something?”

sitaclayton:
Confusion clouded her features as Sita looked up and realized she was the only one Freya could have been speaking to. “This is so not a running outfit,” she commented in answer. She could handle running but she was positive not to the same level as one of her teams soldiers.
Freya raised a brow at Sita. “Then change? I can wait.” She said with a shrug, already thinking that she was probably going to have to go on her run alone again. The members of either mission could use a good drilling, honestly.
While all - or most, at least - of them were smart, their physical fitness left something to be desired. She could already see it in her mind’s eye - someone being chased by something and loosing their life or good health simply because they couldn’t run fast enough. Especially Sita, who, should she suffer any harm during the mission, would then be the death of Freya at the hands of Clayton. Freya would need to talk to Clayton about the choice of people for his mission once she came back.
That aside, Freya found running to be very therapeutic and thought all people of Providencia could profit from it.

amosnygaard:
Amos had never been a good runner, not even a decent one because he had never liked the monotony of it but he longed for a break from his unsuccessful research. “Would love to. If you don’t mind me trailing behind you at times because you’re obviously in better shape than me.”
“I’ll get you there.” Freya offered with the hint of a smile tugging at her lips. There wasn’t much in terms of fitness equipment to be had on Providencia but she’d make do. Luckily, running didn’t ask for any equipment.
The soldier strapped her rifle to her back, tightening the straps so it wouldn’t bounce around as she ran and grabbed a bottle of water. “We can start with a light jog, I’ll let you set the pace.”

“You mean, apart from the fact that you are invading Providencia with your team to plunder it for your corporate mongrel of a boss ?” Eleanor had not looked past that fact, she did not see the point. All those people were there without authorisation and it was enough to make them the enemy.
“Invading - as if your team has any more right to be here than mine. This is a planet, no one can claim ownership over it.” Freya said and rolled her eyes. She’d met enough righteous people in her life to know how theirs usually ended. Sacrificing themselves for a greater good.
“Hate my boss all you want - behind closed doors, yours is no different. Do you really think SAND has no business interest here? That they expect no money to come out of this for them? But I’m not my boss and you’re not yours. I’m here to do my job and so are you. We may not like each other but that’s no reason to make each other’s lives harder than they are.” Freya had come to Providencia expecting some hostility from the other team - more out of surprise than anything else - but apparently, she’d overestimated some people’s maturity.
Really, complaining to her about her boss? Freya wouldn’t see anything of the money Clayton made and she wasn’t looking to anyway. She was here to do her job, just like the people from the SAND Mission.

bradythebuilder:
“This is true. So long as you don’t make me look like a complete arse and take some pity on me, I’ll go for a run with you.” He said, laughing softly before shaking his head. “I’m probably not winning any points with you guys. I’ve already pissed off Clayton and you probably think I’m a wimp now.” Brady said, rubbing the back of his neck. “But anyway, all that aside, its nice to meet you Freya. I’m Brady. I’m the Chief Builder. And yes, I dubbed myself the chief.”
Apparently, her words rang with Brady - or he was just trying to make friends. Whichever it was, Freya didn’t doubt she’d have fun challenging Brady’s self-imposed limits. She knew motivation could go a long way.
“I’ll let you set the pace.” Freya amended with a small smile. She’d see how fit Brady was, pushing him a little to see what secret strengths she had. But she wouldn’t push too far. She wasn’t a tyrant.
“One would think we’d have to win points with you.” Freya shrugged and stopped herself from scoffing. She had no reason to piss Brady off, he was actually making an effort to be nice.
Chief Builder. The soldier raised a brow but her lips twitched into a smile. “I wonder what your fellow Builders think about that.”

aellacontos:
Looking up Aella noticed the now familiar face of one of the Clayton teams security. The other girl was one of the few people she could probably find herself getting along with and that made the offer even harder to resist. “Yeah alright. Don’t see why not.”
Freya was a little bit surprised, positively though. That a member of the other team would join her was a pleasant surprise. For all she knew, they might think it was a plot to kill them off while she was alone with them - because that was the obvious thing to do when they, as a handful of people, were living on an exoplanet.
“You’re Aella, right?” The soldier asked, giving a faint smile. She knew the woman was a security officer, but since she’d barely talked to any of them, she was still a little lost on their names. She thought she’d overheard Aella’s, though. “I’m Freya.” She said, offering her hand.

carterfarmer:

“Hard pass.” Eleanor snorted. She was not about to spend time with a Clayton member if she was not forced too. Especially not one who was a trained soldier and could easily kill her. It would be the perfect occasion, they run far enough from camp and then Freya could murder her and then report it as an accident. Eleanor was not going to fall in that trap.
Freya raised a brow. The hostility in the woman’s voice seemed unreasonable to her. The two of them hadn’t even done more than co-exist and that alone was apparently enough to piss the other woman off.
“What’s your problem with me?” The soldier asked, then. No use in beating around the bush

bradythebuilder:
“Well I’m not much of a runner. I prefer to simply walk at a brisk pace. Or perhaps a jog. I only run when something is chasing me.” Brady said, coming up to stand next to the unfamiliar woman. “You must be a member of the Clayton team. And I only say that because I know everyone else here.” He added, looking over at her. “I’m Brady.”
“All the reason to be prepared.” Freya said with a raised brow but didn’t expect to have much of impact on the other team’s member. She wasn’t anyone’s personal trainer. If Brady wanted to be fodder for something that would chase them, at least no one from Clayton’s Mission would be eaten. A life was a life, of course, but Freya knew her employer’s priorities.
“Correct.” The soldier nodded and offered her hand. “I’m Freya, one of Clayton’s Security Officers.” She titled her head to the side and gave Brady a once-over. “What’s your job?”

rhysmd:
The fever had gotten worse overnight, and Rhys was only outside of the medical tent to scavenge for something edible, and scowl about the bright sunlight. His laugh at the woman’s words turned into a stifled cough. “I would. But I can’t.”
Freya hummed quietly and turned to face the Doctor completely. It wasn’t a good sign that the other team’s medic was sick. So far away from a proper hospital in case things turned sour, health was extremely important. And neither team could afford to loose a doctor. She hoped it wouldn’t come to that and the doctor was simply nursing a bad cold.
“I’ll let you pass, this time.” She said and gave the medic a small smile. “How are you holding up?” Freya asked, brows furrowing when the man coughed.

“Would you like to join me for a run?” Freya asked, looking over her shoulder at the person behind her. Since Brutus was still on earth, the ex-soldier lacked a running partner. Whether dog or human, she liked someone who could challenge her pace - or whose pace she could challenge. Being in perfect shape was an important point in either mission on the planet.

amelia--blackwood:
“This place just gets even freakier as the days go by,” Amelia gasped standing outside a rather large cave. She had accidentally stumbled across it while hiking in the woods.
“Then it’s not a good idea to explore alone.” Freya said as she walked up to Amelia, her voice echoing the tiniest bit off the cave’s walls. Honestly, did this woman want to get herself killed? Creatures beyond their imagination could lurk in that damn cave and if Blackwood was a member of Clayton’s mission, Freya would’ve herded her away from the cave by now.

Hello! My name is Lisa, I’m 20 years old and I’m studying Agriculture in Germany. I’m kind of obsessed with true crime, space and botany. Also I love chatting so hmu for whatever! Plotting or casual chatter - idc :)
FREYA WOLFF
Born on November 21, 1987
She started doing Judo and Ju-Jutsu when she was five years old.
Freya’s father wanted to devote his child’s life to the country he loved. That meant Military Academy for Freya while her friends went to normal High Schools.
Served from 2004 to 2008, IRR until 2011
A woman Freya had grown close to while they served together became MIA and she’s done her best to stay away from relationships since then.
Her Mother is a business partner of Henry Clayton and arranged for her daughter to join his Security Team after she’d served her minimum active years.
With her experience, she fit in well among the Security Team, which consisted of many ex-soldiers.
Despite her mother being the initial reason for Freya’s place in the Team, she worked to make it clear that she was more than a good fit for the job.
Parents split in 2013
Freya hasn’t talked to her father since her 26th Birthday.
Henry Clayton approached Freya and asked her to join his SAND-copy Mission.
Freya accepted and joined as one of two Security Officers for Henry’s mission.
She’s not looking for fame, never has and probably never will. She does what she can to protect those she’s ordered to protect because that’s what she does best.
