Pewter - Silverfish

Pewter lives in a stronghold and is a keeper of ancient history. Those are HIS BOOKS you're stealing down there! He is one in a long line of silverfish that guard the end portals across the overworld. He dabbles in potion brewing, pottery, architecture and sword-fighting. He knows what happened to the ancient builders, but he won't tell you.

Design notes: Embroidery on the bottom of his robes can be any of the designs featured on chiseled stone variants or sherds. I just default to the creeper face or wither motif.

Favorite disc: Creator (Music box)

Endermama - Enderman

Endermama is just a Minecraft flavored version of my main fursona. She's a builder who really doesn't like mining or fighting. She likes designing interiors and gardens. You'll find houses, statues and hedge walls all over her world. She has never fought the dragon on her own and tries to avoid the nether as much as possible.

Design notes: I made the tail fluff way too big here lol. Has some feathers at the base of her tail. Her armor is specifically mizuno's 16craft diamond armor, and usually the Elytra are mizunos as well.

Favorite discs: Melohi, Stal

Basil - Vanilla Creeper

Basil is a farmer. He loves to tend to large fields with every crop imaginable. He stores things to sell in the shulker box on his back. He enjoys cool, sunny days and spending time on his back porch. He loves a nice cup of tea and listening to music.

Design notes: his head can have any flowers, but only wither roses when he's upset/aggro. his tail can be any large flower bush (rose, peony or lilac) and his carpet can be any color.

Favorite discs: Chirp, Strad, Pigstep and Otherside

Blast - Rocket Creeper

Blast is a rocket creeper who spends his time flying through the sky. He sells rockets and Elytra. Does he go to the end for them? Who's to say, really. He has a short temper and gets agitated quite easily. If he has it out for you, you best have a roof over your head- He'll dive from hundreds of blocks up to get you.

Design notes: His back legs are short and slope outwards from the back of his body. His tail is a smoldering dead bush. the foliage on his head is largely blue pine tree limbs and he has glow lichen spots across his body.

Favorite disc: Wait

Bimbim - Support Creeper

Bimbim's just a little guy. It's just here to help. Sometimes it'll carry a potion on its back. Ankle Biter.

Design notes: No foliage tail, and honestly i forgot to draw its arms here but it has them. Golden carrot ears.

Subaru - Warden

Subaru is a music loving lesbian warden. She has her own place in the ancient city. She loves band memorabilia and graphic tees. She spends her time either listening to records or being terminally online in music forums. If she could see, she'd be insane about movies too. She has misophonia and she will not tolerate extra noises down there. though, to be fair, it might just be the shriekers that piss her off.

Design notes: tentacles and little head appendages based off of glow squid. mossy sculky hair ..? goes all the way down her back. ALSO edit she has stretch marks on her legs !!! hard to see here but they're there

hi its me locatebiome you casually name-dropped a lot of concepts that i need to know more about Immediately. feel free to answer all or none of these at your discretion

"the amethyst dimension" what's the deal with that? do other materials have dimensions? or queens?

what about the great axolotl beast, what do they do? do other dimensions have their own great axolotl beasts?

was the wither storm summoned on purpose or did the command block just kinda do that cause no one knew how to wield its power?

what makes the overworld not whole currently? my first thought was the absence of endermama's friends (among others, presumably) but you specified endermama won't return unless she "knows it's livable" implying it's unusually dangerous at the moment?

I'm gonna update this later because those first two i dont *really* know the answer to... I think just the amethyst dimension exists? it wasnt made out of like, just amethyst I think thats just what we called it. We had a special enchanted amethyst item on that server so I think it all tied into that.

Axy I think had a whole thing . He was a boss we all had to fight ( and we spared him). We had to kick him out of the amethyst dimension to keep the worlds from crossing over ( this also might be part of the great calamity)

Whether it was intentional or not is yet to be seen (though i think we're leaning intentional), I've been workshopping it with Jace (SMP owner) over the past like, weekish while working on the city.

The overworld currently is fine, endermama just doesn't know that. Over the past few servers Jace has brought in our various builds ( but in ruined states) full of old custom items n such so *technically* everything from mossy hill is still there, just not in the right place or with the right people. As far as she knows the wither storm is still sitting there on the other side of the portal. She's waiting for someone to kill the dragon so she knows that there are people over there. If they just wanted to be in the end they would necessarily have to fight the dragon, but if they want to go back they do.

( under a readmore because i dont remember who has a tumblr .... spoilers! )

Magic and Mystery is a continuation of Mossy Hill SMP (which in itself is a continuation of a previous server) that is much more lore/character roleplay based :-) One of the characters I'm playing is Endermama [link] also mossy hill happened two years ago so if i fuck up the lore here its just my bad memory

Endermama is the only known survivor of the Great Calamity that befell Mossy Hill. Axy, the great axolotl beast of the amethyst dimension, got a hold of one of the many command blocks that could be found in the world. This command block summoned the wither storm which started to destroy mossy hill. The Amethyst Queen attempted to save everyone and their builds by sending them (hastily) to another world. Endermama got sent to the End along with her half finished castle. For the past 2 years she has been building a city around her castle and mourning the loss of her friends. Recently, the overworld has obtained a small population of people, including a widower of a certain.. amethyst queen .. who seeks to bring his dead wife back from the grave. He needs four things to create a block of unlimited power.

Endermama, although she doesnt sleep much these days, does occasionally have dreams. One recurring one is THE PROPHECY:

When Ender dragon hath been slayn, the overworld is whole again; Block of command thou must conceal, where evil hands will not steal; Should he lack the egg of black, wither storm cannot come back!

(technically the middle and right paintings should be swapped but i like it better this way)

endermama can't control what happens in the overworld (She refuses to go back unless she knows its livable (ie. dragon is slain)) but she knows that she can steal the egg to prevent it from being used.

This is all i have for now ... currently in the process of building her city before we go to the end :) there's other stuff but this is all the stuff related directly to THE PROPHECY
