I was reading the new chapter of FI, and I think I know who the bold is

The bold Is phantom pupet/Charlie attempting to protect my so she can use them to take down William, and when the puppet/Charlie talks, sometimes it’s in bold, I feel that may be enough of a hint to get this theory off the ground

Theory

Springtrap & y/n are somehow supernaturally connected.

In the early chapters there’s a lot of focus on how springtrap hurt y/n. It seems redundant to focus on this too much since springtrap just attacked for most likely self preservation purposes and it also serves as a way for them both to grow to trust each other.

However when springtrap gets his voice box y/n throws out their knife due to parts of spingys flesh looking alive. I don’t think it’s much of a stretch to say that somehow maybe some of his remnant is now in y/ns system.

Y/n also feels heavily paranoid around springy - especially before they find out they aren’t exactly an animatronic. y/n almost sensing what springtrap is trying to convey or do - if it’s dangerous or not. This could also be the reason chica acted strange as some other animatronics were booted up before and acted… okay? Unless she’s from a different series/afton/the suit that was likely being used while killing the victims being there. I’m assuming the mangle also keeps acting up because of him too as when they were booted up they just stared at him.

Also the main segment that made me think I wasn’t crazy for thinking too much into this.

Maybe I am looking too much into it but yeah.

Oh, yeah for sure.

I think it's disrespectful to call them ghosts though, I always call them spirits. I grew up being taught to not try and communicate with them or anger them by my mother. You never know if you're talking to a bad spirit.

Best not to open portals to unwanted or dangerous spirits.

Nah, I don't believe in zombies.

The scary thing is though... "zombies" at some point could become real. Just through parasites, there are many parasites that infest the brains of animals and control them making them look like a zombie almost.

But uh, luckily they haven't moved onto humans or evolved to do so yet.
