I used to have sleep terrors regularly to the point where I would be paranoid and scared to sleep, for weeks straight I would not be able to sleep, I was prescribed heavy sleep medication and anti-psychotics (they didn't work) but one day they randomly stopped and sometimes im scared they are going to come back
