"Son, you’re new in town, and new to the amphibian business, so allow me to give you some advice. I’ve been running this game a long time, and all the successful frog men - they don’t sell direct, no. They could never compete with my prices! The only way to succeed in this business is by contracting with Toadtosser’s Toad and Frog Emporium. You provide us with frogs, we give you your cut and make sure nothing... happens... that might, say, disrupt your operations.” - Terrence Toadtosser, to Cecil Frogworth

A fascinating turn of fortune. What began as a simple fact-finding mission to the local archive became something far more interesting when I made the unexpected acquaintance of one Mary Hackett. I explained to her at length my plans for the frog breeding operations, and she seemed intrigued. Well, she remained awake, at any rate. Even if I fail to win her heart, I may just succeed in winning a customer. -- from the diary of Cecil Frogworth

This is where it all begins. A meadow, a pond, a man with a dream.

The year is 1909. Cecil Frogworth, free-wheeling man of 'science', has arrived in the town of Willow Creek with his wellies, 1800 simoleons and a dream: to become the greatest exotic frog dealer this town has ever seen. There's just one problem. The amphibian business in Willow Creek is already under the thumb of the fabulously wealthy and nefarious Terrence Toadtosser, his beautiful daughter Thalia and their gang of thugs, err, research associates.
Can Cecil make a name for himself hawking frogs? Will he find himself in the crosshairs of Terrence's gang, or perhaps being slowly boiled? Is Thalia's attention genuine or is she angling for his collection of rare dart frogs?
One thing's for sure, the adventure will be... ribbeting.
