But when at last, happiness is offered would you betray the grief that accompanied you this long?
Excerpts from the graveyard formed by words that died in my throat.

You look at me with eyes full of love and listening to what I'd to endure before me met.
I look at you and say “I forgive the world for how it has treated me”
You don't look away and ask “Why?”
I don't look away either and say
“because you're in it"

GUYS. GUYS. GUYS. GUYS.
Let's say you'd to choose between something that God Gave you, and something that people gave you. What would you choose? Definately something God gave.
And so the next time anyone of you feels tired of being good to people, and wondering when they might be good to you. [Because let's be honest sometimes we do want that right?] Remember that all the love you gave, will be given back by God. In ways you can't imagine, it could be in a form of success, a job selection. Love you gave could come back in the form of prayer you never knew you needed. Keep loving, kind souls. Because when God gives, he multiplies it tenfolds.

One of the most beautiful highlights of this year was that I didn't earn love, but instead got it from the right places. You guys won't believe it but woah this time around last year I would write such big notes for mere compliments and I felt love was such a big thing that I need to return it back else the people are going to leave me????
And Alhumdullilah, Alhumdullilah now I've the kind of love which is so warming. And that I no longer have to burn myself to keep others warm. That I can enjoy the warmth along with my loved ones too, without setting myself on Fire.
Someone would comment an emoji or two on my posts and woah I used to think “since they thought so much about me I should write a paragraph for them, i should return it back else they'll leave”
I didn't even realise it but this year I have been given so much love without begging for it. From seniors, my best friend, my circle of Friends. And I didn't feel guilty about it. I even have Aqsa Aapi and Safura Appi as my elder sisters and it feels rizq. It's so comforting. We talk about people who were grumpy and then became sunshine. We really need to talk about people who once burnt themselves, and now can breathe and laugh because they no longer have to set themselves on Fire. [Aliya Akbar via @frommy.diary]

You once told me that the human eye is god's loneliest creation. How so much of the world passes through the pupil and it holds nothing. The eye, alone in its socket, doesn't even know there's another one, just like it, an in inch away, just as hungry, as empty.

July 1.
My father came late home today. We all sat down together at night for a movie, and my mom asked why he came late today. My father told he went to work and that when he was returning, he took a different route than usual. As he was returning he passed by a familiar town. He said “You remember how once you said you'll be passing town and that I said I'll be waiting for you there?" My mom smiled and said “yes the place where I didn't end up coming and you waited 6 hours for me” He smiled and nodded. He continued “Today I waited there again, but this time I was happy knowing I've you at home." He took a short pause. “But then again you've always been my Home.” we all just smiled at that. When you love someone, you say. (Shahadat)
And when you are in love, you put a lot of efforts to meet them, to be in your best form. (Salah)
As a Muslim, there's individuality later, but you need to be a community first.

To those who still did not stand even a little by sharing on your profile or social media's about our brothers and sisters not suffering but fighting for their rights for their land and felt low and shame to do it thinking what would your friends following you think. I feel sad for you cause you chose dunya over deen
And those who say, we don't share and stand publicly doesn't mean we don't feel bad and sad for them who are suffering. I request you not to feel sad for them but to feel shame guilt for your own selfs.
Cause they are been martyred with highest ranks of emaan and it is you who is lacking with emaan
FAILING TO BE A STRONG MUSLIM.

When I start to tear up bc I'm thinking about how humans have an absolute biological need to eat and drink but instead of just picking the most nutritionally efficient food off the ground regardless of taste, all humans everywhere have made it a lifestyle. We invented cuisines over generations of meals that hold the stories of grandmas and leaders and gods and the taste of communities and landscapes. We've chosen to spend hours cooking with and for others, trying flavours as we go and writing down tips for others. We've made up meal times and tables so that we can sit for hours over the food we make and laugh and sing and tell stories and congratulate and cry with each other. We'll stay hungry for hours so we can eat with loved ones, and not let people leave until they've eaten. We bring food to the sick and give food to those in need. A boring biological need that we have filled with art and magic. And that's what humans do, sure we're limited by our biology, but we are going to make those limits as special, fun, loving and memorable as possible.
The universe is mundane and cares not for us, but WE DO. We care, we care lots.

In 4th standard we used to have these Quranic studies classes, where we were taught and explained translations from the Qur'an. I remember the story of Musa Allahisalam, of how he had saved Bani Israel (The children of Israel) from Firawn. Those were such old times, And yet whenever the commandment of Allah would come, the People of Israel would never follow it directly. They always had to put their interpretations in it, despite having a prophet in midst of them. When Musa Allahisalam was away for 40 days, they made a calf their God. When they were given Mana and Salwa from the Heaven, (It was a kind of Bird that was given to them as Food) they wanted vegetarian food. When it was prohibited for them to not catch fish on Saturdays, Their Temptation led them to dig a Pit connected to the sea, so that by morning of Sunday The fish would become of their Belonging. A nation that didn't even Listen to their prophet, what makes you think will now have Even a bit of Humanity?
