Things that have happened in my flat

- on 2 occasions a picture on my wall started vibrating in a way that was not visually perceptible but made a buzzing noise

- on several occasions things have abruptly fallen off shelves for no discernible reason

- once I was sitting in my room & heard a man coughing and it sounded like it came from inside the room

- & then the other day I found one (just one) of my books partially pulled out, like someone had tugged it out just a bit to get a look at the front and left it there
