They first disabled my old blog in such a way that I couldn't tag or reach out to people to campaign for myself. Then the moderators of this app deleted the same old blog, where most of my friends were following me and where I had over 1k followers. I couldn't even mourn the blog, through which I was in contact with so many wonderful friends. I had to make a new one to once again try to campaign for my family's survival, and now again they have banned me!!

This is a strange world to live in, where they want us to quietly accept our own genocide. These moderators sit in their air conditioned offices to silence our voices, while we have lost all means to support ourselves. I was once a journalist, I was planning on getting a Phd to try and advance my career so that I could give a better life to my children. Is it fair that I now spend all my time on this application to try and get a donation? Is this just that I am not even allowed to scream into the world while my life is being destroyed???? I do not know what else to say, I only to request you to grant me some dignity, please. This much I can demand of the free world.

The genocide in Ghazzah has caused permanent effects on those who survived it. Many Ghazzans have lost their homes, their health, and their loved ones. Many survivors are still at risk of more serious health effects due to being deprived of food, shelter, and medical care for so long. However, with swift action and support for Ghazzans, you can help them heal and avoid more suffering.

One person you can help is Suham Bader. Suham's arm was injured over a year ago, but she was not able to recieve treatment for it as her family was forced to flee their home. Without medical treatment, her bone fused incorrectly. During a year of suffering through cold and pain, Suham's condition has kept getting worse. Her parents and her uncle @hashembadr are very worried for her. If Suham does not recieve surgery soon, she will lose her arm entirely.

Hashem and his family have been fundraising for almost a year now, but they have only reached 14% of their goal so far. They urgently need funds for Suham to get the surgery she require, but donations keep stopping for days at a time. They still need to raise around £4900 to cover the price of surgery and the transfer costs.

Posts like this are so funny to me because you'll never see an Arya stan arguing that Arya is the problem in their relationship. It's much more common for people to judge Sansa based on her treatment of Arya than to try to argue that Arya doesn't like her. We are fully aware of how kind + empathic she is and consider it one of her many strengths. We know that she loves Sansa and that family is incredibly important to her. Arya thinking about acting like a proper lady to make her sister happy is one of my favorite moments because it shows that Arya loves Sansa and is invested in repairing their relationship. Not to mention that she makes the step to apologize and try and comfort her about leaving KL. The true issue seems to be that we acknowledge that the Stark sisters have conflict and notice that Arya's positivity toward her sister isn't reciprocated.

Campaign for Palestinian Poet and Songwriter Yaser Hamad

My friend @mariampoetry wanted to host a donation campaign for Yaser Hamad!

Yaser is a Rafah native and a prolific poet, writing songs for big name Palestinians singers like Muhammad Assaf (who sang the iconic song, "Dammi Falastini")! Here's a song he wrote for Assaf called "Ya Banat Bladna," which praises the girls and women of Palestine and their steadfastness.

Yaser's fiance was killed early on in the genocide and now he lives in a tent with his two daughters. Within the coming week by Sunday April 6th, we hope to raise $1000 USD to send to Yaser's family.

For those who are not aware, Mariam, the organizer, is a dear friend of mine in real life and a renowned Palestinian poet herself. She has been doing these donation campaigns to raise money for various friends of hers in Gaza, focusing on highlighting artists and their amazing talent. She has successfully sent money to multiple Palestinian artists through these campaign drives and hopes that everyone would be willing to help out with another campaign.

It breaks my heart to see that the world is such that there is no one to hold the Zionist state and the US empire accountable. The Zionists keep on crying about October 7th and the hostages, and every Western institution keeps on coddling them. There has been no genuine acknowledgement of the fact that the British government implanted an illegal settler colony in Palestine and that settler colony forced the native people out of their homes in 1948. There has been no genuine acknowledgent of the horrors of the Nakba, no acknowledgement of ethnic cleansing, no acknowledgement of the destruction of the land in trying to hide the genocide of 1948 through greenwashing, there has been no acknowledgement of the fact that Gaza has been an open air prison, and that Hamas has every right to push back against the oppression of the Zionist state. Right now another genocide is being carried out in front of our eyes, with enthusiastic encouragement from the Western world, the most complicit being the USA. It was always about re-occupation of Gaza and today the Zionist state violated the ceasefire. I am scared for my friends. I am terrified and I do not know how to help except to keep the fundraisers circulating.
