i've been wanting to give another shot at attempting to get into the arknights story (up until this point i've skipped like . all of it LOL) bc i've been playing for a year and a half and still going strong on gameplay alone (which. is kinda insane to me). the anniversary animation that just dropped is really gorgeous and is pushing me to try more LOL
#i still have my reservations besides just not enjoying the format too much like the *cries and walks away* delivering of actions and#sheer scale of text but i will give a serious shot#like i'm kinda dubious on what the actual politics of it will be like + obligatory appeal to player character#but the more 'fantasy' stuff has me intrigued ... like will i get to learn what the deal is with the whale skeleton imagery (looks around)
