Please, please give my webcomic Shadow Caster a view. It’s about a shadow boy meeting a human boy with light abilities and forming a friendship which includes kicking bad guy butt (once we get to the official chapter one, anyways)

The contest ends soon and I’d like to keep going with it if people are willing to read it. Page six is just posted. Views, shares, comments and likes help me out. You don’t need an account to post it to your facebook (which can be a login) or send a link to your buddies, viewing it helps me all the same.

If you do make an account, you can just use your facebook or twitter as a login, and rate it up for me. I don’t think it matters for the contest, but the higher the rating, the more people will see it!

Hello sweetheart! I love your lullaby story. It's so great you continue to write it :) it's so good to find a story where the romance is not the main point of the plot. Where the characters are not thinking all the time about each other, suddenly finding the other attractive. It's so refreshing and after reading some (quite many) fics I must say that your story is really very good. It makes me curious what will happen next, what to expect and I don't know! It's not as predictable! Love it :3

thanks so much for the rec, Zin. It means a lot to get some praise even with a slow building relationship. 

I highly recommend the other stories on this list, too, especially since rereading Home For Fear got me back into writing Lullaby. 

REBLOG IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEE MORE HEALTHY DEPICTIONS OF BLACKICE

It’s come to my attention that most of the RotG fandom has more or less decided that Blackice is inherently, and should always be portrayed as, abusive, unhealthy, manipulative, one-sided, etc. I think this is a very narrow minded and false way of looking at it, and I’m just curious to see how many other people agree. Please reblog if you’re also bothered by the lack of healthy Blackice depictions among the fandom.

Me and @dreamingrainbow went to a con as Dark Jack and Jack Frost. I'm Dark Jack. 

So I'm kind of in the fandom now I guess, pff.

Hello Everynoodle

Hey guys, Author J here after finishing some pasta dindin.

The supreme-est of apologies for having to take such a long hiatus. Ideas were not coming to me (the writing kick isn't even full force yet) and that led to random drabbles of other fandoms and otherwise taking a break from lullaby.

Good news!

Starting tonight/tomorrow morning, I'm taking a gambit and removing myself from hiatus.

Yes, I still have some bits for the next chapter written, and it's where things get extra saucy (as in whoa plot spaghetti up in this bitch).

I'm still very conscious that I'm not entirely in the kick right now. So a regular schedule of 1-2 weeks per chapter will be an ATTEMPT. Especially over Christmas break where it's a mix of free-time and no-time.

Sup guys! Sorry I've only gotten that one Blackice week post and the prize fic out, that and some other things wore me out for a while.

Have a great Halloween. I wanted to draw some Jack Candles in case anyone cares about him but PFF. Blackice week is having some awesome updates from great people.

Since I've got a final project coming up, AND NOVEMBER? I might be stuck on a hiatus again. I do have plans though. (seriously, november already I havent thought of any novel ideas because of this fic jfc i'm bad)
