no you guys don’t understand how insane the skam experience was. if you weren’t in norway, you were literally waiting for one of the many norwegian angels to take the clips that dropped in real time on the skam site on a daily basis, and translate and upload them to a google drive so everyone else could watch them. i literally watched that show via google drive and it was all thanks to the regular fans who took the time to translate the clips so others could enjoy the show. a whole community was built via google drive. and then a whole universe was built with about eight different remakes of the show coming out of one little show that started in norway and was only meant to stay in norway.

As rock interiors go, still not as good as the episode of MTV Cribs Hayley Williams was on in like 2005 where she has this ugly but totally normal little guest bedroom and then the camera pans like 3 ft to the left and she’s like and THIS is my wall sized replica of Thursday’s revolver cover which I love

you can make fun of old people all you want but then you'll be knitting with a good album on and a cup of tea and you'll be like this is excellent actually. the old ladies were right about this one. about the crosswords too, by the way

they should invent an apartment that has huge windows but is never too hot and is near everything i like and all my friends but is also quiet when i want it to be and costs zero dollars or perhaps they pay me to live in. and they save it just for me so i dont have to look for it :)

"these researchers published a paper on something that literally any of us could have told you 🙄" ok well my supervisors wont let me write something in my thesis unless I can back it up with a citation so maybe it's a good thing that they're amplifying your voice to the scientific community in a way that prevents people from writing off your experiences as annecdotal evidence
