The meme is a copy-pasta originated from a silly e-dating drama where a doofus (forgor gender I'll just go with theythem) lies about them being hit by a car and losing their memory as an excuse for cheating on their girlfriend and breaking up. They tried to sound smart by using words they didn't understand, claiming that the "cavernous tissue" in their brain got damaged (you can search it up yourself where it's actually supposed to be). And then they said shit that roughly translates to "run, my beloved. you are free to run away (from me)" in an attempt to get their girlfriend to willingly breakup with them but at the same time guilt trip her for it, even though they are the one who cheated ...yeah i actually don't get what they're trying to achieve I just find it extremely stupid and funny

now that you have the context the translations for the two sets of drawings are:

izanami's

1. I drank too much gasoline and it damaged the cavernous tissue in my brain. Run, my love

2. You are free to run away from me 😩😔😢

adachi's one is just putting these dialogues on the same picture and switch the gasoline bit to "ate too much cabbage".
