            *  𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐠𝐨𝐬  here  and  do  i  have  the  tea  for  you  .  𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐞  is  back  in  bridgehampton  for  the  summer  ,  living  off  the  𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧  family  $𝟒𝟖𝐛  net  worth  .  must  be  nice  to  come  back  home  to  the  hamptons  ,  i  wonder  what  her  fellow  class  of  2017  grads  think  of  her  return  .  you  know  ,  she  was  known  around  town  as  the  𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧  𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫  𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲  and  for  bhs  senior  superlatives  she  was  crowned  as  𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭  𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐲  𝐭𝐨  𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞  𝐚  𝐦𝐚𝐧  𝐜𝐫𝐲  .  i  wonder  if  that  still  holds  true  today  ,  a  lot  can  change  when  you  go  off  to  𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥   𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲  and  study  𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥  𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠  .  either  way  ,  i  bet  she  is  still  very  𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝  ,  𝐝𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬  ,  𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭  and  𝐭𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 - 𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝  .  hopefully  this  time  next  year  the  plans  to  𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡  𝐚  𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲  𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝  𝐢𝐧  𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬  𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠  𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫  𝐡𝐞𝐫  𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲'𝐬  𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞  come  true  .  in  the  meantime  ,  i  look  forward  to  seeing  her  blast  𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢  -  𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐲  𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 at  every  hamptons  function  .  it’s  going  to  be  a  wild  summer  home  ,  welcome  back  .

location  :  miss  chloé  nightclub  ,  dance  floor  . time  :  3:13am  . featuring  :  leonardo  alvarez  ( @leofms​  !  )

            chloe  has  been  thoroughly  enjoying  her  time  in  east  hampton  .  with  the  drinks  flowing  and  the  music  loud  enough  to  melt  her  eardrums  ,  she  wasn’t  looking  forward  to  making  the  trip  back  home  .  she  was  enjoying  her  night  in  a  club  that  carried  her  namesake  ,  with  a  few  drinks  in  her  system  that  were  making  her  feel  a  little  more  than  good  .  the  club  was  a  bit  more  packed  than  usual  considering  everyone  on  summer  vacation  and  the  usual  tourists  on  the  island  ,  but  chloe  didn’t  mind  as  it  didn’t  stop  her  fun  .  like  now  ,  she’s  fallen  into  a  silly  fit  of  giggles  as  she’s  continuously  fed  compliments  from  some  tourist  she’s  already  forgotten  the  name  of  .  danny  ?  daniel  ?  darren  ?  she  doesn’t  really  remember  (  nor  does  she  care  to  )  as  she  lets  the  sparkles  in  her  eyes  let  him  believe  that  he  has  her  right  where  he  wants  her  .  the  tourist  whispers  something  to  her  about  his  fancy  house  back  in  chicago  (  or  was  it  calabasas  ?  )  just  as  she  peers  over  his  shoulder  and  locks  eyes  were  a  pair  she  hadn’t  fully  expected  .  as  far  as  she’s  concerned  ,  chloe  is  harming  no  one  as  she  finally  shuts  derek  up  with  a  slightly  sloppy  kiss  while  keeping  her  eyes  locked  with  leo’s  .  she  makes  a  show  of  it  ,  sliding  her  fingers  into  his  hair  while  waiting  for  the  reaction  that’s  bound  to  come  .

“  ugh  ,  tell  me  about  it  ,  girl  .  ”  she  begins  with  a  sigh  ,  also  examining  herself  in  the  mirror  as  she  admires  the  fitting  of  the  skirt  she  had  her  eyes  on  all  day  .  if  there  was  one  thing  charli  made  sure  of  ,  it  was  that  she  was  going  to  stand  out  at  every  hamptons  function  .  the  goal  of  attention  was  even  more  of  a  priority  if  the  function  she  was  attending  was  being  hosted  by  someone  she  didn’t  like  .  in  that  case  ,  the  sovereign  had  to  100%  show  up  reese  for  each  day  they  were  at  the  east  hamptons  beach  house  .  shopping  to  impress  coupled  with  the  energy  that  she  received  from  her  good  friend  chloe  made  for  a  poweful  combination  .  “  god  just  knew  if  he  gave  us  bigger  assess  ,  we’d  be  too  powerful  .  we  were  humbled  with  some  balance  .  ”  a  laugh  escapes  from  her  lips  as  she  makes  the  statement  ,  somewhat  believing  her  own  words  .  the  mention  of  hunter  and  the  drama  provokes  a  classic  charli  eye  roll  ,  the  same  one  that  was  given  when  anybody  she  didn’t  like  was  brought  up .  followed  by  it  ,  she  subtly  makes  a  gagging  noise  and  turns  her  face  with  disgust  .  “  i  can’t  believe  she  thought  she  could  come  for  me  and  brag  about  making  moves  on  my  boyfriend  .  ”  she  begins  before  her  entire  demeanor  changes  .  “  funny  how  it  ended  though  ,  huh  ?  ”  and  just  like  that  ,  a  devious  smile  appears  on  her  face  as  she  recalls  hunter  storming  away  when  she  caught  on  that  she  was  back  together  gabe  .  “  that  definitely  felt  like  high  school  again  but  you  know  what  i  wish  was  like  high  school  again  ?  ”  she  pauses  for  dramatic  effect  ,  looking  directly  at  her  friend  before  she  continues  .  “  you  and  chance  .  literally  the  only  quality  girl  he  has  actually  dated  .  ”

           chloe  scrunches  her  face  as  she  looks  back  at  herself  in  the  mirror  one  last  time  .  the  skimpy  piece  of  nothing  underneath  the  dress  gives  her  a  little  something  ,  but  she’s  still  as  flat  as  ever  .  ‘  i  mean  ,  i  get  it  ,  but  please  share  with  the  rest  of  it  .  ’  there’s  a  joking  lilt  to  her  tone  as  she  speaks  ,  knowing  that  no  amount  of  squats  was  going  to  give  her  what  she  was  looking  for  .  chloe  always  needed  some  unreasonable  excuse  to  go  shopping  ,  and  the  trip  was  just  another  reason  for  her  to  splurge  on  enough  bikinis  to  wear  a  new  one  every  time  she  decided  to  take  a  dip  into  the  pool  .  tucking  a  loose  pair  of  hair  from  her  ponytail  ,  chloe  slips  back  into  the  dressing  room  to  change  back  into  her  own  clothes  .  she  laughs  at  her  friend’s  words  .  ‘  mm  ,  you’ve  got  a  point  .  i  don’t  feel  the  pain  miss  beyonce  speaks  of  .  ’  she  pulls  the  dress  over  her  head  and  chucks  it  to  the  side  before  she  slides  back  into  her  shorts  .  chloe  knows  that  the  friendship  between  charli  and  hunter  was  no  more  ,  and  she  can  tell  by  the  silence  that  follows  that  it’s  still  a  sour  note  .  in  truth  ,  chloe  had  her  own  reasonings  for  disliking  hunter  ,  but  never  once  did  she  allow  charli’s  reason  to  cloud  her  judgement  .  once  she  has  her  clothes  back  on  ,  chloe  emerges  from  the  dressing  room  with  her  chosen  purchases  in  hand  and  crosses  through  the  small  store  to  pay  for  the  items  .  ‘  i  mean  ,  that’s  what  miserable  people  do  ,  you  know  ?  cause  a  scene  ,  get  snippy  and  start  talking  about  the  past  as  if  it  matters  .  yada  ,  yada  .  what  happened  to  just  getting  drunk  at  parties  ?  ’  the  last  part  is  slightly  muttered  as  she  cashier  hands  back  her  credit  card  along  with  her  receipt  .  she  thanks  her  and  grabs  the  bag  .  chloe  feels  like  a  deer  in  headlights  when  charli  says  what  she  misses  .  ‘  oh  no  ,  no  ,  no  ,  ’  she  shakes  her  head  and  sets  herself  down  in  one  of  the  chairs  in  the  store  .  ‘ charli  ,  chance  and  i  are  over  .  that  ship  has  sailed  and  we’re  better  off  without  each  other  .  senior  year  was  such  a  mess  .  we  broke  up  and  made  up  so  many  times  that  i  lost  count  after  the  third  time  .  i  will  admit  ,  though  ,  he’ll  never  have  someone  as  good  as  me  again  .  ’
