So I’m going to try something new to keep my body moving and burning calories. Anyone can join me if they would like.
Whenever you enter a… Restroom: Do 15 squats Kitchen: Do 15 Jumping Jacks Bedroom: Do 10 Crunches
I figured you could count up the number of times you enter these rooms every day and perform the exercises altogether at the end of the day or do them when you enter the room. Or whatever else best works for you.

✿ Back to School ✿
Preventing a Binge
Keep small low calorie snacks with you or mints. ( Watch the amount of calories in these because they begin to buildup)
Stay away from the cafeteria during lunch time or sit in the far corners that are less populated with people eating.
Always keep your water bottle filled or water next to you in general
Keep the mindset that you already ate ( The mints or small snack) and remind yourself whenever you are hungry.
Keep a coloring book with you 
Fasting 
📍Reminder: Fasting will be difficult and rather deemed dangerous if you proceed to do it while being in an active class like Gym or “ P.E.”
Keep saltine crackers or something small in your bag for emergencies 
Stay hydrated!! ( drink your water and tea!)
Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night (you’ll be lightheaded and need the energy)
Keep a portable toothbrush kit with you ( Usually a dollar or two) and if you get super hungry go to the bathroom and brush!Brush!Brush!
Distract yourself ( If you are allowed phone usage look at thinspo or online shop on wish)
Most importantly never ask or say yes to any food.

Beauty
If you need to comb your hair spray it with your perfume first this will make your hair smell good obviously 
Have atleast 2 packs of gum and make on difficult to get out of your bag ( just in case you start to binge and eat a lot of gum often lol )
Keep your chap stick on you
Use blotting papers or exfoliating wipes 
Keep coordinating Perfume and lotion in your bag so you can apply it daily. ( I’m a smell freak so I put it on 6 times a day )
Remember to have nights to yourself or try and get a few moments to yourself to feed your skin and do a spa night or take a bath.
Shaving should be done twice a week or once ( I’m honestly pretty hairy so sometimes I need to do it three times)
Education
Study as much as you can ( Knowledge is power ) 
Keep Thinspo in your planner 
Always stay organized ( Folders, binders, highlighters.)
Stay on Pinterest ( They have very great tips and activities that are posted from websites that help with school)
Stay on top of your work ( nothing is worse than getting behind in school create a study schedule and homework schedule.
These are tips that I follow personally and that not everyone might like but I hope you enjoy them!! Please no negativity !!

I don't care
I was 115 and had fat legs and my stomach was so fat... I was fat in general I told myself you will not be fat you will have a thighs gap you will be thin I was 100 And proud and then my family and friends forced me to eat they would always buy takeaway and make me eat some for almost a whole year I got under control and started losing again I was 95 And my legs barely changed even after I worked out constantly starved myself drank so much water and tea... I'm 91.5 My legs are getting smaller and I'm trying so hard I try to walk I work out all the time and I never eat I have 32 oz water bottle and fill it up constantly drink at least 2 large glasses of tea green tea, earl grey, chai I try so hard I'm currently on a 3 day fast and I will work out I will not eat I will reach 80lb by august I will not give up I don't care what people say I don't care what people think of me I don't care who worries I don't care how I do it as long as I do Maybe one day I will care again ~Stay safe

So yesterday I went to a huge amusement park and everything there is around 1029 cals so the lowest cal thing in the menu was 6 chicken nuggets I ate 5 and then ate a bite of a cookie and about 2000 ml of water I also walked over 20000 steps i came home went to the restroom and weighed my self weighing 0.5 pounds heavier at least it’s not like 3 pounds but I’m disappointed that I did all that work for nothing… anyways I’m going to be fasting so that I can hopefully burn off some of that weight ~Stay safe

psa!! be careful when fasting!!
here are some of the symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). if you start experiencing three or more of these while fasting, you need to stay away from caffeine and eat something, or you may pass out or have a seizure. please stay safe and reblog to spread the word.
fatigue
shakiness, lightheadedness, dizziness
visual disturbances such as blurry or spotty vision
confusion or unresponsiveness
pounding heart, racing pulse
nausea
sweating
pale skin
anxiety
irritability
tingling sensation around the mouth
here are some good choices of foods to eat if you get hypoglycemic. it’s best to eat something sugary to give a quick boost to your blood sugar levels.
½ cup any fruit
1 cup of almond, soy, or skim milk
4 or 5 saltine crackers
2 tablespoons of raisins
1 tbsp of honey (put this under your tongue so that it will be absorbed into your bloodstream quickly)
