So I’m in a bit of a bind right now. It’s my first year of University after taking years off not knowing what to do. I also never knew you had to pay upfront for classes. Thankfully someone lent me money for my classes for this semester but I am in debt right now in paying them back and paying a few bills. My rent is behind because I needed to pay back at least 500$ ( The loan was 1300$ ). So I took from my rent money ( 300$ )  and my mother gave me 200$ which I had to pay her back this pay. Being in Uni has gotten my hours cut back as well from work. Instead of a good 4 days, I’m being given only 2. This pay alone I got $241.

My mother was kind enough to say she’d only take 100$ back instead of the whole 200$, but I still have a few bills to pay. My phone bill, and a computer bill because last year I financed the computer I am currently using, since my other was broken. 

I’m only asking if anyone can spare me a couple of dollars or just loose change they have so I can have a little help in getting everything sorted out, before I get myself more in debt by not paying my next months rent. Madison Montgomery was born an only child in the projects of New Orleans, Louisiana. Her father left her and her mother destitute when she was five years old. With no money coming in and a desparation to thrive, Madison’s mother begrudgingly realized her daughter’s budding beauty ( inherited from her father ) and thrusted her into beauty paegents when she turned seven in order to earn more income. After some promising success, beauty paegents became talent competitions, which then led to singing lessons, dance lessons, and acting lessons. Very soon, Madison Montgomery chance at having a decent and fulfilling childhood was swallowed whole by the abyss of showbiz. In spite of the image she often portrayed onscreen, flourishing as a child star was no walk in the amusement park. Madison Montgomery found herself being worked like a slave under the pressure of her mother’s iron hand. She would only receive the love she truly wanted after winning money or competitions. If she ever failed or came up second, earth-shattering abuse was a consequence. Madison was taught from an early age that love and happiness was achieved through perfectionism, money, and ice. She had to be the best. Or she would get nothing.

At the age of fourteen, Madison Montgomery became her mother’s lifeline and the main breadwinner of her family. She had developed a habit of winning grand money prizes as often as possible lest she be beaten or verbally assaulted. She had also acquired a modeling career which brought in an even more steady amount of income. However, while Madison grew comfortable in her career, she began to grow more attached rap and rock music, both beloved sancturies for her mind and spirit whenever she bubbled up with rage that she would not dare express. She began to write rhymes in secret, filling up journals upon journals. It kept her sane. She meant to keep it as a hobby. Her mother hated rap music and was satisfied with the modeling career. Nothing on earth could keep Madison Montgomery away from the gritty freedom that this music offered her though. Sneaking off to go to parties where the trill scene roared relieved Madison of the pressure of having to pretend that everything was alright. 

By fifteen years old, Madison became a well-known wild child in the streets to her mother’s great displeasure. Since she felt that she was grown now, she felt like she didn’t have to listen to her mother anymore and even began to physically fight back against the abuse that once struck her heart with so much fear. With her blooming independence, Madison entered into the music industry to make her dreams of becoming a rap mogul a reality. Her choice to do this led to a beautiful amount of success that led to financial stability, fame, and a seemingly healed relationship between her and her mother. 

What Madison realized was this was not so. Many heartbreaking trials had followed her, one of which included the development of metaphysical powers that neither she nor her mother understood.  Excess money, by 16, meant easy access to drugs and alcohol as a means to cope with mental instability. Madison never wanted to speak of the amount of abuse that she suffered at the hands of her mother. She did not have a concept of a healthy coping mechanism besides writing , the potency of which was fading away little by little. Her lack of a good support group and the enabling behavior of her mother contributed to a downward spiral until the day she had killed an innocent man with her telekinesis without feeling a shred of remorse after. In an attempt to save her career from certain death after she got arrested for drug possession, Madison’s agent proposed an intervention. After  rehab, she was sent to an all girls school in New Orleans where she found herself being taken under the warm wing of Marie Laveau.

Marie Laveau was the first real source of motherhood that Madison had ever received. A stark contrast from her actual mother, whom she had not seen since she was arrested for having cocaine. She and the Voodoo queen got along very well. Naturally, Madison’s powers grew stronger. She began to develop an identity that was outside the loud and buzzing realm of performing art. Unfortunately, her stay with Marie Laveau was short lived because she often got into physical altercations with her other peers.

Out of a deep understanding of the results that Madison’s stifling past brought, Marie Laveau had suggested that the frothing hell inside of Madison would be much better suited for the “little private white all girl’s school across the river”.  Although Marie Laveau did not inform Madison of this, the Voodoo Queen knew that Madison’s cantankerous nature would be a great aid in the destabilization and divide of the Coven. So, in the end, Madison was transferred there. Taking her maternal figure’s words to heart, she gladly did whatever the fuck she wanted to, unleashing the beast of rage, power, indulgence, and longing that was inside on her new classmates. At the age of 17, for the first time, Madison felt in control.
