Hello KKM Community! By popular demand, I’m hosting a KKM Secret Santa this year. Please take note of the following information!

IMPORTANT DATES: 

-Sign-up deadline: 23rd November -Givers/ receivers matched by: 30th November -Posting days: 20-25th December

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

-Read the guidelines and rules below! -Make sure your ask box is open.  -Fill out this form: HERE. 

GUIDELINES: 

-You can ask for whatever you like! Ships, prompts, OT3s, general, AUs etc, etc, But if you want something specific, make sure you do write down some more detail so your santa knows what’s up!

-Likewise, your santa has the right to choose any concoction of character and media that you have listed, and though I will try my damndest to match you up as well as I can, you might not get your first option.

-Along the same lines: these are GIFTS so please try to polish them off, maybe get a friend to beta read a fic, or spend an extra half hour cleaning some lines.

**IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR GIFT, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF SHINOU LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE**

RULES:

-Fic: At least 1200 words, but you can go on for as long as you would like.  -Art: At least one finished piece of artwork, in whatever medium (traditional/ digital/ craft) you would like. -Video: Please try to aim for at least a minute long, and PLEASE have experience with video editing if you’re going to go for this option. -Graphics: Can range from icons (min 10) / themes / gifsets (make sure these are high quality and have at least 6 gifs a set) or really whatever, as long as you’re using official material .

POSTING:

-Once you’ve completed your present, please wait until at least the 20th December (GMT) until you post!  -DO NOT TELL YOUR RECIPIENT THAT YOU ARE THEIR SANTA UNTIL THIS DATE THERE IS SECRET IN THE NAME FOR A REASON -You can post anywhere from tumblr/ff.net/ Ao3/ Deviantart etc. but make sure you tag your recipient and SEND ME A LINK so that I can compile everyone’s posts (and make sure no-one gets lost).

hey uh. idk if I'm getting myself into too much deep water with this, and, like, it's not a guarantee or anything, but do you know where I can find raws of the manga online or somewhere? I'm a Japanese speaker (not native, but semi-fluent) and love KKM, and am potentially interested in translating the as-yet-untranslated volumes. maybe. if you know anything about where I could start, well, that'd be great! :) thank you~! :)

Hello! Thank you for your question. Personally, I read the KKM manga online in Japanese. I get them from this website: http://www.ebookjapan.jp/ebj/ You can find all the volumes by searching 今日から(マ)のつく自由業! They are about $5 a volume. They are also available at Honto (http://honto.jp/) in ebook and physical copies. The site is currently doing maintenance and in general their reader doesn’t work for me, so I only use them for physical copies (they ship internationally).

If you meant downloading them for free, I honestly have no idea and I would really recommend considering the ebooks instead! It doesn’t require a Japanese credit card! I know for sure it works with American ones, and hopefully other international ones as well. If you’re interested in helping with translation, I’d recommend getting in contact with the groups currently working on it! Probably you can all work faster together! Good luck and enjoy. :)
