Random thought, but I wonder if they’re going to change Naoto’s character at all in the Persona 4 Remake. The plot line of “guy was actually a girl all along!!!” Is pretty controversial (and I’m pretty sure it’s considered a transphobic plotline?). So I wonder if they’ll leave it as it is or not.

If they do decide to change it, it would also change Kanji’s plot line slightly. Because either Naoto has to be a guy/trans guy, has to be very androgynous, or has to pretend to be a guy in order for Kanji’s plot line to make sense.
