Queen rhaenyra targaryen first of her name

the andal laws only apply when a women is benefiting from something .

the TG will always say that " Rhaenyra would't be recognised as queen because of andal law " But let me tell you something if andal law was applied back then Viserys would not be king Because :

By the andal law a man cannot have a second wife while he is married to his first wife . so , Visenya would be racognised as the legal wife of Aegon i not rhaenys that means by andal law Maegor would be Aegons rightful heir not Aenys because aegons , marriage with Rhaenys is not recognised as legal . So, that means Maegor did not usurp his Half-older brother because the throne is rightfully his .

After maegor died . Since , he did not have any children the throne will pass over to Aenys i but since he is died the throne will go to aegon the uncrowned but since he is also died the throne will pass over to his daughter princess Aerea by the andal law a daughter comes before an uncle {jaehaerys } Jaehaerys by the law tecnically he would be be recognised as a usurper .

So, after Jaehaerys i is king his heir is prince aemon but since prince aemon is dead the throne will pass over to his daughter princess rhaenys ii will be queen but the throne was pass over to prince baelon , so lets consider rhaenys was the heir then by the andal law ser leanor would be the king and since he married rhaenyra she will be the queen consort and since jacaerys is legally recognised as his son so he will be king .

So , by applying andal law in the above situation viserys is not even a candidate to be king it seems it only applys when a woman is benefiting from something , like rhaenyra who was recognised as her fathers heir for ten years straight .

by the andal law the above man would be recognised as usurpers who stole the crown from the rightful heir

Ok In The series for the first few episodes I felt bad for alicent but then when she physically abused aegon I started to dislike her .

I mean in the show alicent was married at 15 so we would guess now since, she has a daughter that she will protect her from the same fate but instead she had gotten her only daughter which she says she loves , at 13 with her alcoholic and whore brother . I mean she could have gotten her married to aemond which she ( haelena ) allegedly likes or to someone else who would treat her right .

She had gotten healena to marry aegon so that there will be a much stronger claim to aegon since his children have both targaryen parents .

Rhaenyra doesn't deserve the throne . Aegon deserved it . I mean how what did she do to deserve .

Do you know how dumb you sound and what did aegon even do to deserve the throne .

Rhaenyra had every right to be the queen she ruled dragon stone for 10 fking year which was the duty of the heir to the throne she even participated in the small council, what did aegon do harrase the servants visit brothels and be a alcoholic.

I am tired of team green like it's okay to have your opinion

But victimizing them is weird because

(I talking about the book version )

1) alicent

was 18 in the books and rhaenyra 8 . She was married at around 18- 19 with 29 year old viserys ( idk why the show made viserys old and both rhaenyra and alicent the same age .🤔 maybe to gain sympathy from the viewers) .

2) she stopped treating rhaenyra nicely after aegon was born because viserys still named rhaenyra the heir like poor rhaenyra was around 8-9 years old just lost her brother and mother and the one adult she was close to started to treat her badly . ( because viserys did not care for rhaenyra because he wanted a son)

3) you all blaming rhaenyra because criston slept with her . She was 19 and he was in his 30s he could have said no and rhaenyra was drunk and left at a brothel by her uncle . So you all blaming a drunk teenager instead of a grown ass man .

4) the real victim here was aemma arryn ( rhaenyra mother) because she was married to viserys when she was 11 and he was 16 - 17. because they consumed their marriage very early that is why she had many miscarriages and still births which only rhaenyra survived .at last ,she died in child birth with her son baelon.

5) In The BOOKS it is not confirmed that her sons are bastard because even though leonar mother had black hair because his grandmother was baratheon and had baratheon black hair. mean while jace , luke , and joffery all had white hair and even if they had brownish hair it could be because of their grandmother half arryn genes . ( i think they forget that aemma was half arryn )

6) she married leanor at 17 just because her father threatened to remove her status not because she wanted to and not because she wanted to have a affair with harwin strong she was forced to and she married even younger then alicent .

7) after marriage her close freind was laena not alicent. ( which we didn't get sadly ) .

8 ) daemon didn't kill rhae Royce ( idk why the show did that)

9) alicent could have had her only daughter haelena to marry someone else she loves or for political reason but instead had her marry her drunk ass r*pist brother at 13 years old and had twins ( which even worst than alicent because she was 18 - 19 when she married which is considered an adult even at this time but poor haelena was only 13) which she thinks will stronger aegons claim because "oh look my children married each other haha and they have more valeryon children than that bitch bastard sons "

10) they say she was religious and was only following her religion and should not get shamed. ( well she is using her religion as a shield to her misogyny) well the seven does not allow insect but she married her only daughter to her unworthy son .

11) people saying well the greens are not born out of insect forget that aegon and haelena married and had three children. OMG , and besides aemma and viseys are cousins not siblings which is better I guess but only they get shamed by team green . what about tywin and Joanna lannister both are first cousins . Well because first cousins are not viewed as insect in the faith of seven . And leanor and rhaenyra were second cousins ( because rhaenys and viserys were first cousins) .
