・生成AIに関する仕事依頼は現在一切お断りしております

・私が制作したイラスト・漫画・文章・文字（下書きやラフや作品の一部分も含む）作品の著作権の有無に関わらず、制作した『全て』の創作物において、AIイラスト自動作成サービスの素材として使用したり、これらのサービスで作成したものをアップロードすることを固く禁じます。

・個人使用の範囲であっても固く禁じます。

個人利用した場合、販売に至らず保存されている状態だけだとしても、出力したデータ1枚につき1000,00円をいただきます

・私のイラストは将来データセットとして販売する可能性がありますので、データセットとしての収集を禁止します。 

・私のイラストがデータセ��トに含まれたAIモデルを使用し、イラストを生成し、アップロードした場合は、

・学習データ1枚につき100,000円×使用日数分 ・出力データ1枚につき100,000円×掲載日数分 ・作品を利用したデータの販売で発生した売上の全額

以上、上記に当てはまる条件の全てを合算した使用料をいただきます。

・私のイラストを追加学習させ、よく似た絵柄のAIモデルを作成した場合は、将来的なデータセット販路の妨害として1億円の支払いに同意したものとみなします。

および、そのAIモデルの

・売上金額の全額 ・ダウンロード数×100万円 ・掲載日数×100万円

の支払いを合算してお支払いいただきます

I strictly prohibit the use of my illustrations, cartoons, and texts (including drafts, roughs, and parts of my works), whether or not they are copyrighted, as materials for automatic AI illustration creation services, and uploading of my works created by these services.

Even for personal use, it is strictly prohibited.

The collection of my illustrations as a dataset is strictly prohibited, as my illustrations may be sold as a dataset in the future.

If you use an AI model that contains my illustrations in a dataset, generate illustrations, and upload them,

100,00 per piece of training data x number of days of publication 100,00 per piece of output data x number of days of publication All sales generated from the sale of data using the work.

The fee will be the total of all of the above conditions.

In the case of personal use, even if the data is not sold and is only stored, I will charge 1000,00 yen per piece of output data.

If you create an AI model that is similar to my illustration, I will assume that you agree to pay 100,000,000 yen as an obstruction to the future sales of the data set.
