ok SO !!!! i really cannot be bothered to format this post seeing as it’s probably going to be my last one but for the last month or so i’ve been working on some new blogs as i think i just needed a clean slate and kinda wanted to separate dany and margaery .... game of thrones may be over but i aint giving up GO AND FOLLOW all of my threads / replies are about to be dropped, i will reblog my promos too. thanks 4 coming to my ted talk

update !!!! been struggling these last few weeks with my mental health and on the day I woke up feeling better, we found out that we lost our uncle to suicide. mental health is so REAL and if you can’t talk to your family, please talk to your friends or somebody you’ve met on a platform like this. don’t suffer in silence. 🖤🖤🖤

on that note though, I have been working on two new blogs as I want to try and revamp my muse and sorta put my emotions into words again instead of letting them bubble up in my own head so watch this space for some new blogs. operation bring sharna’s music back is ago, alongside reading and painting more walls in my house.

so even though season eight was a COMPLETE shambles, there is one good thing that came from that shit show and that is the most beautiful shot i have ever seen on tv !!!!! i decided to turn my season 7 daenerys into it 🥺🥺 still a few bits of paint work I need to touch up on now that it’s dry but i love her so much wtf

Perhaps in normal circumstances, Robb might have quipped that a king could not be told what to do (a joke, of course, for such things being said in all seriousness was most contrary to Robb’s character), but he was simply so pleased to have her here that all he could do was smile down at her as she came closer for another kiss. He savoured it, as he had savoured their last, even though all signs now pointed to the two of them being not very far away from being allowed to kiss like this whenever they so desired. It did not feel quite real yet, and he daren’t get his hopes up lest his plans come to naught. 

Her fingers travelling across his jaw brought his smile back. “You look much the same, although perhaps a little better of colour. The Reach seems to agree with you better than the Stormlands,” he said. He could only hope that they’d see the North together, and that she would grow as hardy as it itself was. He knew it had taken time for his mother, and the Riverlands had in no way as pleasant a climate as Margaery’s home.

Robb was the natural ally, he knew. As much as he cared for Margaery and wished to be her husband, to be hers for true, he knew the other side of things was as important for now. “My men have been reinvigorated at the thought of such a large army coming to fight with them,” he explained to her.

                  secrecy  –––  margaery had buried herself in it for as long as she could remember. to the tyrell, family meant a great deal and once upon a time, she would have done all within her ability to secure a fruitful alliance in marriage. not that a betrothal to the king in the north would have meant otherwise, though it may not have been the affiance that her father had originally desired. the closer they came to the crown, the better, though joffrey baratheon had proven to be cruel and impulsive. dangerous, even for a child of his age. unity was something that highgarden had prided themselves on  ;  their attitude to look after themselves and only themselves a strong attribute to somebody like her father. nevertheless, mace enjoyed power. his being yearned for it as though it was something that had been instilled within his veins, some may have even called it greed. 

joining house tyrell with house stark would still guarantee supremacy and reign. both robb and her father had a vendetta against the lannister family, their own motives a driving force in the very reason that her father had agreed to met with the young wolf and his army. but soon, he would grow to learn just why an alliance with robb stark would prove more useful than marrying her off to somebody who was as illegitimate as joffrey. it was no secret within the realm that he had obtained the golden mane and blue eyes of his mother, even if cersei refused it. 

allowing his lips to fight towards hers one last time, margaery gave a smile as their noses collided ever so slightly  –––  all memories of him flooding back to her, though they never truly left her at all. forearm threaded through his, dainty digits tracing across the leather that clad his body. apples flushed a rose pink colour as sapphire hues ignited  ;  like fine ice gleaming under direct sunlight.  “ well, please let me know if your heart favours otherwise. good behaviour is something that i have always struggled with myself, though i believe you are already very aware of that. ”  joyous giggles escape her lips, releasing into the air like bird song as her teasing quip left her tongue just as sweet as sugar.  “ a fool, he is not. my father is quite a clever man and if he is as truly clever as i believe him to be, he will see that there are strengths in your army, robb. he will see that an ally like you is an ally worth having. i will do what i can within my powers to convince him … he wishes to see the lannister’s removed from the capital, just as much you wish for your sisters to return home to you. ”
