I love how we as a fandom have collectively decided that Remus and Sirius are only really shipped with each other, Evan is only really shipped with Barty, Barty is only shipped with Regulus or Evan, Regulus is only shipped with Evan or James, James is only really shipped with Regulus, Lily, or both, Lily is only ever really shipped with James, James and Regulus, or Mary, Mary is really only ever shipped with Lily or OMCs, Marlene and Dorcas are shipped together 99% of the time, and in 80% of fics, Regulus is trans (ftm). Obviously there are exceptions, but I love how we've just all mostly agreed to this even though some characters are basically only mentioned once and we know absolutely nothing about them.
