Follow up on my last post

In pvp civilization when you rank up you get the same room and it seems like you have more lifespan but really everything just costs the same in the grand scheme of things. Oh boy I have 250 durability. That's so much except food is like 10 compared to when you had 50 and food was 2. You're not gaining anything

Also but funkler? Erm but it still costs 1 durability to fight

Except you can get chest plates and armor, so you fight for longer and lose more durability on your sword anyway

I guess I'm just saying that I like the premise of parkciv better than pvpciv. I enjoy the currency aspect better since it makes more sense for guards to want to be hit instead of like. Jumping. I guess. Parkour as a currency makes no sense but pvp in pvpciv could be used to generate energy when you hit the armor stands maybe

PVP civilization <<< parkour civilization

possible spoilers for both, but explanation for why I think so

parkciv evbo: I have to make this jump. If I fail, I'll be in parkour jail forever, and even die. This is paramount to my survival.

- tense

- the audience is rooting for evbo and is afraid he'll die

- the reward for ranking up is more privileges, and ranking up is near impossible

PVP civ evbo: If I die I'll just respawn this fight is easy. I could rank up I guess but I'm more interested in this tabi girl

- 0 tension at all

- the audience doesn't feel much empathy when he dies, since the punishment for dying is minimal and even better because it resets your sword hits

- the reward for ranking up is basically nothing, just the eventual escape which he nor the audience knows if it even exists

- finally the PVP civ evbo character just isn't very likeable. none of the characters like him at all, he has little empathy for anyone else except tabi

I know I don't exactly have a following on here, neither do I post much. However it's still worth a shot to throw this out here.

I haven't been posting here, even less then before, because my family and I are at risk of going homeless. My parents can't make the money they use too, and I work full time during the week and a second job on the weekend. Even with that, we don't have enough money to pay our mortgage, and we are going into foreclosure.

Anything that you can donate is appreciated, and if you can't donate, sharing means the world for me. Even just sending positive energy, I just want to be able to not constantly think about how I'm going to eat the next day.

I will try to post more drawings on my kofi if anyone has requests, I'm just so stressed and busy at home that I barely have time to draw anymore.
