Technically a living renewable source of limitless energy, which as it turns out, when humanity used them as a battery packs DOES have a limit. Hence, the lack of Victini in the world. Turns out Jack is the ghost of one of the abused Victini who he'd been enamored with/involved with, as well as Jack's twin brother Helel. Uses his energy by touching Jack to calm him down, resulting in a wild power drain and ending up sleeping, a previously unknown state of being for him/any Victini.

Cin still checks in on them, with Grey being rather uninterested and awkward around any of their offspring, mostly due to having grown up alone from near birth himself.

Other Info: Was used by his trainer to murder her father using poison, due to her desiring her inheritance early. When younger suffered burns along his body from a wild blaze in his home forest, and was given to the woman as a gift after seeing he was beginning to mutate. She was impatient and forced his evolution early, causing him to be much longer and thinner, as well as slightly off-colored, from normal Scolipede (even in his mutated state, that much is apparent due to his near 7ft stature and lanky thin limbs.) This does make him physically weaker than he should be, leading him to be rather anxious after being exposed as the murderer of the old gentleman who was Helel's caretaker. He hid for a long time, eventually ending up at a home for pokemon and people who have suffered the effects of the mutated Pokerus, run by Helel, without realizing the caretaker of the facility. Eventually is forgiven after the situation behind the event is cleared up, having never wanted to do it in the first place but fearing the repercussions if he had disobeyed.

Other Info: Has a shredded right eye, with claw marks over it. Had a trainer who died after completing the gym challenge while still young. The wound on his eye is from when he was younger, unable to protect his trainer in the wild from an enraged wild oversized dragon pokemon, though at this point he can't remember what it was that injured him. Just that it came and left in a flash (distortion event, enraged alpha pokemon in a time bubble). By the time the blood cleared from his vision, his trainer had been wounded shielding him and eventually passed away before they could get out of the deep forest they were in. He made a cairn of rocks over where he buried the body and settled in a nearby cave to recover, choosing to stay and watch the people in the city below, bitter at how close they'd been to salvation and choosing to steal and terrorize those who enter his immediate area, earning a bit of a legend of being an angry local god and occasional offerings of meats being left when people assumed his ire had caused some kind of bad luck. While he is wholly not responsible for these events, he eventually begrudgingly took the offerings left at the base of the cliffside his cave was up on before it attracted more wild pokemon to annoy him.
