Hello Instagram friends, old and new. Some of you my have noticed, and some of you may have not, that I’ve taken a hiatus from social media. This is likely to continue indefinitely for “spiritual maintenance”. For anyone who followed my posts on becoming a healthier me in 2019, I’m happy to report that I still haven’t had coffee to date, and I’m still limiting my gluten and dairy intake (more an 80/20 rule - gotta live a little 😉). Day 1 of clean eating done and dusted! Today is Day 2 of replacing my usual morning coffee with milk, with a herbal tea and half a fizz stick instead. I’m not a big tea drinker and when I do, it’s usually a white tea - so this is different! Two weeks ago we were at #marinershamiltonisland watching this beautiful sunset. As much as I loved being on holiday and wining and dining, I was also looking forward to kicking off 2019 with a healthier me. Today is Day 2 of ��Education Week’ for the January 2019 #30daystohealthyliving program which will help prepare me for ‘Clean Eating’ which begins 8th Jan. I wouldn’t say I currently eat badly, but there are definitely some healthier food choices that I could be making. I’m sure there are some foods I’ll miss having this month, but I’m also looking forward to experiencing what it really FEELS like to feel healthy inside and out.
