Poor Kon never knows he's actually part of a science experiment, but Bart needed to know which would arouse Kon more; the actual bunny outfit or his own t-shirt that hangs off his shoulder just right.

Every time someone writes or draws the young justice 98 team and only ever includes tim, bart, kon, and Cassie, an angel looses it's wings. Because there are 5 more people on the team and 2 people who work with the team, the lack of anita, cissie , slobo, secret, and ray are genuinely criminal.

Bart being outwardly confident in his relationship with Kon but internally he is deeply terrified that Kon is going to have to leave him one day, or die, because everyone Bart loves always leaves him or dies. People are never permanent for Bart, he has learned how to love from a distance and he always expects that one day he will have to embrace that he too must love Kon from a perpetual distance.

100% Querl.

His canon on-paper love-interests have all been a mix of; extremely intelligent, independent and a little mean.

Carol - is a bit mean and is also gifted and was revealed in the Dark Tomorrow arc to be a scientist. Valarie - intelligent, resourceful scientist (who is just a Carol clone without the bite). Rose - independent, intelligent, and a little bit mean.

Look these are his canon tastes, all three of them together make Querl and Bart would be utterly enthralled with him.

Also, they did have a friendship in canon regardless, they shared a mental link for months and had an understanding of each other.
