Hey guys 🤑🤑🤑, it's been awhile but I am finally here to introduce my opm oc!! (Finally) He was originally a joke oc but I actually put lore into him at some point so here we are. I've been planning to design him for awhile but never got the chance to do so (plus I am pretty bad at making full body drawings on digital but shhhh).

ANYWAYS meet the steel prodigy!! A hero association funded project to bring peace to citizens in the city; with his cybernetic abilities, he's able to bring in strong punches to destroy evil monsters while spraying glitter all over his victims! He specializes in speed and agility to defeat the many threats in the cities and to keep the city's people safe out of the kindness of his big heart! Although being made out of metal and steel, he has a warm and caring interior that is always there for when you need it! What a true hero!

Okay enough of the hero promo stuff, here's the guys real lore. He's not a cyborg as much as the hero association wouldn't want to tell you that, the guy doesn't have a single human thing in his body, that includes a warm big human heart (sorry kids). But he is an artificial intelligence created by a mad engineer scientist guy (oooo) that was later defeated by the hero association. Seeing that the one of the "Modelcore 11" (Steel's real name but u can just call him Eleven) was still functioning they decided to fund into a project where they'd insert the ai's body into a physical form and modify elements of it to fight for the greater good. Eventually introducing "Steel prodigy"! He received a lot of backlash at first because for some reason, ppl thought it was a cheapskate to get ppl to buy merchandise and stuff basically for being an "industry plant" also because they didn't really like his design not being "heroic" (Ppl complaining just to complain I guess) But he was dragging in results for a period of time. (Btw he didn't have an official ranking, but his strength would reach around Early Class A). All good and stuff but at some point, the hero association grew tired of his constant repairs and the person who would work on him grew possessive over steel, causing improvements to become almost non-existent. Eventually they were able to get their hands on Steel for a while. Went well for a bit before of course funds were being cut and they became more focused on other heroes with high technology systems. Leading to steel being neglected by HA, Cheaper metals and parts, facial movement muscles being limited and even his hair was cut short. As much as steel fought against his opponents, he eventually succumbed to his injuries; leading to HA, having to pull the plug on him. Still finding use in his artificial system, they decided to use what was remaining of him as parts and or something more useful. The thought of being used for the success of another hero disgusted him, he couldn't let that happen, which eventually led to him escaping the grasp of the hero association, running away without his signature steel prodigy form. Unknown of his whereabouts due to him cutting off gps signals, he has an S class bounty on his head; as many failed or continue to look for the remaining of The hero that was once Steel prodigy.

Oh my God I am so sorry for that SUPER LONG EXPLANATION. But here's another one.

Due to the fact that Eleven/Steel was made by a villain guy, his system automatically has a evil side (😈) with ill intentions but since because of alterations made by HA, he cannot act out any of it, leaving him with the craving of hurting people while being unable to hurt or destroy anything. He also doesn't have a physical form at the moment, but it is most likely that he is using trashed materials to survive while in hiding, waiting for something.
