“I made coffee”, setting Kurt’s mug down in front of him, Piotr took a seat, placing his own at the counter top. His face scrunched as some of the students came to the kitchen, narrating their valentine’s day stories with great enthusiasm and volume. A pause, then he began sipping the hot drink. Piotr’s hangovers hand never been particularly bad, needless to say the headache he had right then,   there was a reason the crease between his eyebrows was starting to seem permanent.

                                            ❝   — danke sehr.   ❞   it’s muffled between that of a HEARTFELT HUM of appreciation and the groan of a man realizing his MISTAKES a day too late. fingers are quick to find the handle of the mug and bring it close, shoulders relaxing as he takes a few sips. of course, the chattering of students does nothing to calm the soft ache in his head, but he doesn’t mind. it’s nice to see them happy. PIOTR, HOWEVER …  ❝   you would think, after all these years, i’d be used to this part of boys night … how are you feeling, mein freund?   ❞
