if a little trans boy comes out to his parents & is like 4 all youd do for his transition is cut his hair, buy a new wardrobe, & switch pronouns & possibly change names

no one is gonna put a little 4 year old on testosterone OR puberty blockers until theyre actually about to start puberty & then they give them a few years to really decide if they want to start hormones

a trans kid existing isnt “child abuse.” child abuse is refusing to let your kid live their lives as they truly are & forcing them to present as a gender they arent

people will complain that linguistic academics "police" their use of language. "they're supposed to study language, not dictate its usage!"

but the examples they use are always shit like neopronouns. Linguists aren't policing language when they explain, using their studies, why language doesn't change to accept personalized sets of pronouns. They are trying to educate you.

because that just isn't how the evolution of speech and language works. Language is meant to simplify communication. If you're a woman, you use female pronouns because they're used in place of your name. You don't "choose" she/her. Vice versa for men. Attempting to introduce an inorganic replacement accomplishes the opposite of the intent of language; it makes communication more messy and incomprehensible.

pronouns never were about your "comfort". Being told this isn't "policing". Thinking that trans people have "chosen" their pronouns is, however, transphobic and ignorant.

So as I'm sure you know support for LGBT people has been dropping thanks to the MOGAI, enbie, trenders and all those other wonderful people who are ruining the community. But it seems like support is also dropping for Transgender people within the LGB community as well at least among conservative circles with many feeling frustrated as if Trans people are holding us back and ruining the work done for LGB rights. What do you think?

I wouldn’t be shocked, although it wouldn’t just be within conservative circles. Liberals are becoming just as unaccepting of actual trans people too, at least in my experience.

hagrid is transphobic apparently, bein quoted as saying “trans people are just waiting to be offended.” and he’s right.

currently the trans community is overrun by far left liberals who think their emotions qualify as a gender, who think that normal personality traits make them trans. they raise the voices of people who have never experienced gender dysphoria and put them on a pedestal to seem woke. i speak for most trans people when i say we just want to be treated normally. we don’t want to be seen as anything but men and women. the left is transphobic for putting us in a box, stereotyping that we can’t do anything ourselves and we’re just fragile little children. the right is transphobic for taking that stereotype at face value. trans women are being killed in higher presentages because dumbasses like gothfruits pretend that a mental disorder is fun to have. tucute retardation has set us back from being normalized and medicalized to being a laughingstock. you need dysphoria to be trans, and we need to start raising the voices of actual trans people. people who want our condition to be normalized but not glorified, because fuck dysphoria sucks.

when hagrid says we’re “waiting to be offended” he’s right, because the forefront of our community is a bunch of woke cis women masquerading under the idea that you can chose to be anything you want. they’re the ones driving transphobia.
