Folks who make content about "the ugliest Warhammer models" have no respect for the legacy of miniature sculpting techniques.

Yes, a model from 20 years ago isn't going to look as crisp as whatever was released yesterday. But that model was sculpted BY HAND, not summoned out of a CAD modelling program.

I think Athos is my favorite character in Wilds by simple virtue that her presence has practically zero weight in the narrative. Yeah, she's Olivia's Palico and so is everywhere she is, but she doesn't really participate much outside of physical labor or combat, especially compared to your own Palico. As a consequence, her narrative identity is just "That one fucking cat who stands around being a cat" and it's FANTASTIC. Especially with the fact that she's dressed like a barbarian and has sick ass eye scars.

Her character begins and ends here and I'm not even complaining. Hell yeah, Athos.

Having now finished playing Veilguard, I think that my biggest hot take on the game is that Bioware should have just done away with the conversation wheel.

90% of the time, you're just picking the tone of voice Rook will use to deliver basically the same line.

You're already most of the way there to scripting all Rook's responses. Just commit and write a strong, one-track story instead of giving us a weak illusion of freedom.

In the grim darkness of the far future there is only war… and Pokémon Battles! Kharn the Betrayer stood in his darkened Gym, the walls echoing with the screams of the fallen. The air was thick with the scent of blood and ash. His eyes, burning with the eternal fury of Khorne, narrowed as the challenger approached.

„Welcome to your doom,” Kharn growled, releasing his Galarian Meowth. The twisted creature snarled, its fur matted with blood as it stalked forward, eyes filled with malice.

Next, Turtonator emerged, its shell cracking with molten fury. The air sizzled as it readied to incinerate all before it.

Finally, Kharn summoned Fuecoco. The small creature’s innocent appearance masked the smoldering hatred within. It stared at the challenger, flames flickering in its maw, ready to consume all in a fiery inferno.

In this grim arena, there were no victors, only survivors. Kharn’s voice, a low growl, echoed through the desolation. „Blood for the Blood God.” The challenger knew there would be no mercy here, only death.

Sister Miriam of the Order of the Sacred Pyre was preparing for a grand Pokémon tournament on the planet Sanctum Prime. Clad in her battle armor adorned with holy symbols, she turned her attention to her three trusty Pokémon: Dragapult, Servo Jigglypuff, and Spewpa.

Dragapult hovered menacingly in the air, its translucent, spectral form now gleaming with custom stained-glass decorations and the Inquisition’s insignia. „You’re a beacon of the Emperor’s light, Dragapult,” Sister Miriam said, admiring the way the stained glass cast colorful reflections on the grimy walls of the training chamber.

I already did a similar picture some time ago butnie was black and whites I liked it so much I redid the whole thing in colour. I especially like the servo skull jigglypuff xD
