First day back

First day back at the gym, I pull a muscle in my butt. Is that even a thing? Maybe a nerve moved and is now being pressed against my butt. 

What on earth is this. Does the universe not want me to get fit. 

Nvm, I should have just stretched.

We’d never had anything like that before. Even when we moved back with our mother, we would alway visit Ms. Elizabeth up until the time she passed away.”

Heart-breaking

Today I came across an article on Facebook regarding a little boy. That little boy died of starvation and abuse at the age of 5 while in care of his grandparents. He only weighed 10kg (a toddler's weight). He was almost 6. This happened in 2002. The grandparents are in jail for life for second-degree murder. They deserve to be treated the same way they treated the little boy named Jeffrey Baldwin. No, they should be tortured to death. Sick Bastards.

Turns out, the grandparents had history of abuse with their own children, What is this sick system? Why was no record done on those bastards. It seems like family is not as trust-worthy as we believed them to be. More and more of that is evident now.  RIP little boy. You would have 17 now.

Almost Forgot

Near the shopping of the shopping trip, i purchased two wintery sweaters from bluenotes (one in baby pink colour and one in pink (almost magenta) colour.)

Tis the season.

RUSSEL PETERS WAS AWESOME.

Laughed my ass off. Tons of fun. It was a great night from the time we left our apartment till we stepped off the bus again to go home.

Ran into these two sisters who were holding two coffee cups in their hand but you guessed it, there wasn't any coffee in it. 

For dinner after the show, we went to the Italian Kitchen near the Burrard station. The service was decent. Wouldn't go back there anytime soon though. The white wine was soothing and sweet.

Know it is a hectic week but I still managed to go shopping and buy some gems. By gem, I mean clothes and heels.

First stop, Suzy Shier. Bought a black blouse, pencil skirts, two rings and a pair of earrings.  Next, Sirens - Red pants (jeggings) Le Chateau - Two pairs of heels, One red and One black one. LOVE

Fun-filled day. Had to go back the next day to exchange some bras from La Senza and Suzy.

Ended up stopping at some stores again.

Forever 21 - a beautiful patterned dress (blue and black colours). Suzy Shier - A full sleeve blazer with a leopard print interior.

I had a pretty shitty week. Was sick. However, when a girl sees something she wants, she's got to go for it. Life is too short to worry about the future. 

Besides, I can't stand people that do not know how to take it easy once in a while. Why would I want to be that person?
