I'm in week 2 of an 8-week mindfulness course, and I don't know if I am having a breakdown because I have so little time that even incorporating 30-45 minutes exercises into my daily routine is threatening to derail me into utter exhaustion, or because having 30-45 minutes every day when I can't do what I otherwise do (e.g., crashing through life like an unhinged shark who can't stop even for a millisecond and strains itself to the limit and beyond), and I have to stay completely still in my body and mind, so then both of which start screaming for help or rest or just simply in pain immediately.

since I don't have a cultural obsession unfortunately at the moment (bring! back! The! Pitt!), you can only expect intermittent posting about the unbearable weight of life, the impossibility of love, and the immeasurable yearning that envelops my soul
