Today it’s 10 years since I opened my first martial arts school and became a professional instructor. There’s been laughter, tears, many MANY long hours - but it’s been quite simple an incredible adventure and an absolute honour. To everyone who’s supported me and joined me for part of this journey, my thanks and gratitude, and I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years holds!
