This morning, my grandmother handed me a beautiful opal ring. Turns out, her dad gave it to her when she was in high school 60+ years ago 😲she knew it was my birthstone and wanted me to have it. I am so proud to wear it, it fits like a glove. Love my Grammy 💍

So thanks to the big hearts over at @kmle1079 I have been in tears every minute I've been in the car today. They're doing a push to get support for @stjudeschildrenshospital Partners In Hope, and the stories both fill and break my heart. Parents shouldn't outlive their kids, but St Jude's does everything and more to make that child's life better - be it because their treatment helps save the life of another kid, or by giving their families the freedom to focus on loving their child, not paying DR's bills. I am already a Partner In Hope, I donate yearly. But I hope maybe some other young people like me help too, because we'd want someone to do the same once we become parents. We should help because we were lucky enough to become adults, and maybe we can help save a child's life.
