Here's the info and concept art

"wondering soul AU"

Basically, Wally was stuck in the unknown between time and space for 12 years, and finally he finds his way back, but he's not the same. He had something follow him back out, and only he can see it. He is extremely scrambled and confused, causing the entity to mostly control him. Basically, the entity causes him to dissociate into a nightmare-like realm, trying to drive him insane so it can take over the body fully.

for the unknown, he "phased" through reality into a grayscale version of the neighborhood where he can see everyone doing what they do but they're gray and slightly glitchy (same with the rest of the world) And he can't talk or interact with them if he tries He phases through them kind of like a ghost
