So I’m 15 weeks pregnant. I downloaded this again just to keep me motivated to want to stay skinny. I can’t let myself get out of control. Everyone always says oh you can get fit again afterwards…. How about I stay fit and not gain a million pounds and then get super skinny afterwards?? I know I need to eat to keep my baby healthy so I will, but I need to remind myself I can’t go crazy eating because I’ll ruin all my hard work.
