This is Chips, they are my version of the pippins that talks about Ramb in the normal route

The joke is, is that Chips has a lot of information on others and they swear a lot (they will give you the information if you teach them a new swear word)

Small Luigi

So I ended up giving this guy some abilities, one of them is being able to summon "ghosts"

They just are shaped like ghost, but don't really counts as them (they can be "defeated", but can be summoned again after)

He isn't actually good at it thought, so most of his are just weaker ghosts and small boos (the boos look like the sunshine version, but sleepy)
