Hello there, I'm Dr. Bruce Banner. I'm here to monitor my good friend Loki. I suppose I can answer any questions that you have as well.

I closed my eyes, feeling the dark green rage rush through me. Clothes shredding, I raised my head up and roared to the sky, not caring who heard me.

"She has no reason to worry. You tell her that Uncle Bruce is a big boy and he can take care of himself." Bruce grinned. "Now how about some lunch? I was thinking of having a sandwich. Would you like one?"
A magical child running around…. That could be interesting. Bruce chuckled to himself as he tied the balloon off for Nora. As he handed it to her, a thought occurred. “Your mother knows you’re here, right?” The last thing he needed was an angry Natasha.

@Nora ((sorry it wouldn’t let me reply))
The time tested chemical reaction took place and Bruce gasped dramatically as the balloon filled. “You did it! Are you sure your Uncle Loki hasn’t taught you any magic?”

"Alright so say that while you turn the balloon upright and it'll get the magic powder into the bottle."
“Do you know any magic words, Nora?” Bruce smiled, glad the child seemed entertained.

He watched her climb, grinning. “You’re a little monkey girl!” He carefully put vinegar in the bottle and baking soda in the balloon and fastened the end around the bottle’s opening. “Alright now you have to help me do the magic. You have to say some magic words and tip this balloon up, okay?”

what other projects could a child do? Bruce grinned. There were always the classics. He picked up an empty bottle and a balloon. “I can blow up the balloon using just a bottle.”

Biting his lip, Bruce frowned, trying to figure out how to explain non Newtonian fluids to a child. “Usually there are three different kinds of things in the world. They’re called solids, liquids, and gasses. A solid is like the table. It’s hard and doesn’t turn into different shapes. Liquids are like water, they flow and change. Gasses are like the air we breathe. Oobleck is special because it’s stuck between being a solid and a liquid. It can’t decide which one it wants to be.” He smiled sheepishly, unsure how much of that she understood.

He grinned and took the stick then showed her how to poke the substance in the cup and how it seemed solid when she did so. Then he poured it over her fingers where it dripped like a liquid.
Bruce combined the ingredients in the cup and handed it to Nora with a popsicle stick. “Can you stir that for me?”

Leading Nora to the kitchen, Bruce grabbed a cup, corn starch, water, and purple food coloring. “Do you know what oobleck is?”

Glancing at the door, Bruce frowned. He thought Natasha and Nora had moved out weeks ago and no one else had a key to his apartment. Shrugging, he got up, rubbing his scruffy chin as he opened the door. “Nora?”

Putting down his book, Bruce reached for his coffee mug only to find it empty. It really had been a long time since he left the room.
