So I just watched the first episode of FLCL: Progressive

It’s been 18 years since the original season dropped and I’m a different beast than I was then but man, the nostalgia hit hard.

New characters, but yet so much FLCL, you know? The giant freaking iron, the parallels to the original start. Little Busters playing in the background. Haruko’s brilliant entrance

I am living and I can’t remember being this hyped for an anime in a long time.

With the kids sing out the future Maybe, kids don’t need the masters Just waiting for the little Busters (oh yeah…)

The dub however, nails it. Got the same chaotic feeling as the first one if you close your eyes.
