Just some aesthetics ive collected for Jack and the Cuckoo Clock heart Plus rant

I ADORE this movie. It is truly underrated in every aspect. I know many find its animation creepy or unnerving, but I find it quite charming. It had a vison and it stuck to it. Its story is odd to say the least but it reminds of old fairytales and vintage hollywood movies. You just kinda have to take the characters as fantastical creaatures themselves and the whole thing clicks. The music is another aspect not talked about enough. Dinonysos the band that did the soundtrack did such a fantastic job. The world is truly expanded by this music, its catchy, steampunky, and really and truly great. The opening theme is one that really and truly stuck with me, the cuckoo clocks chiming and singing in rhythm was monumental to me as a kid. If you like music that really immerses you id definitely give it a shot. If you listen to music in the vein of EvelynnEvelynn, Cabert music, French rock, those like creepy cool folk covers of classical music just watch the movie, your probably weird enough to at least appreciate it. Overall I love this movie and it hold a very special place in my heart. If you havent seen it I recommend it, even if its not for everyone, its an interesting piece of art that has a lot of love and soul put into it.

Kinda gives old hollywood in the sense that everyones kinda really dramatic ngl. But like in a cool goth way ykwim
