Hello I am alive. Twitter shit itself so tumblr time is here.

I’m going to be making a new tumblr for myself and my art. I first and foremost wanted to post here an apology.

In recent years I tried to find community and comradery as a lesbian, and thought I found that. It’s not until you step back and truly look at the people you called friends and their ideas and how it shaped and changed your own view points that you truly can see where things went wrong, and how you did wrong in turn.

I posted and dealt a lot with radfems. And for that, I sincerely apologize. My views do not align with theirs anymore.

I reconnected with old friends who have I last seen them come out as nonbinary and trans, and talked a lot with them about where I went wrong and how I realize I could have hurt others. They still love me and have me as their friend, and for that I’m so grateful.

I’ve taken time also to let myself actually view myself as I am, and not through the lens that past groups have said to view myself through. And from that, I realized I’m not cis myself! And it feels great to realize that and actually explore that instead of having it squashed down.

All in all, I want to say I’m sorry for my past actions, and hope you all can forgive me.

Also this account hasn’t been active for 6 months. So hopefully y’all even remember who I am. Either way, I’m trying to be a better person now. Thanks for reading!

I got extremely lucky in art school. I graduated just on the beginning of all this mess. I went to an extremely tiny art school (250 student in the campus) and while I was prob the only lesbian, I received no shit. I had one guy get shitty when I did a speech on gay rights, but the teacher shut him down fast.

I cannot imagine what vaguely younger lesbians are going through right now. I feel for them and wish them the world in getting through this time. Keep connecting with other lesbians online. If nothing else you'll find you're not alone and that will bring a sense of peace.

Do people actually know what boomer means or it is just slang for "old people?" The people op is describing are me and my parents and they are not boomers. My 79 year old grandparents are baby boomers but their kids are 20+ years removed from that. I know generations aren't real, but idk, if you're going to use them to make an argument at least be consistent about your terms 🙄
