honestly I am so here for the colorblind, diverse casting in Bridgerton but I’d be a fool if I didn’t throw Ellise Chappell into the mix as a possible Sophie.

Her performance as Morwenna in Poldark lives in my mind rent free.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll read whatever Polin fics I can get my hands on, but I’m over the angsty secret feelings/realization fics that pop up every damn day.

I want to read stuff about what happens once they’re together! I want to see them happy and thriving.

Y’all I’m sad too but you have to understand that Simon is barely in the books as it is. Including his own! It’s called “Bridgerton” for a reason. He wasn’t going to be a major character anyway.

Let’s focus on how this frees RJP up to take on amazing roles that he’ll have time for now that his schedule is free.
