[IGNITE] Friday June 10, 2022 @ 8:00 pm -This will be our last Youth Fellowship meeting for the 2021 - 2022 School Year. We plan to host our annual Graduate Recognition Celebration as we recognize our graduating seniors. Invite a friend and join us for a time of fun, fellowship, games, and sharing of memories.

[IGNITE] Friday June 3 - Pastor Arthur will lead a special Evangelism Training session. Although the focus is for upcoming short-term Summer Mission project, this training will benefit everyone and we encourage all youth and parents to participate.

Special Announcement: Next Friday, June 10, will be our last Youth Fellowship meeting for this school year as we recognize our graduating seniors. Thank God for his blessings and favor on our youth and families.

[IGNITE] Friday May 27th - The regular Youth Fellowship meeting for this Friday is canceled due to the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. We will resume our regular weekly Youth Fellowship meetings on Friday June 3rd.

Special Announcement: In light of another tragic shooting at school which may cause anxiety to youth and parents, please reach out to Pastor Arthur if you need to talk. Our hearts go out to those who are grieving as we lift them up in prayer as Romans 12:15 reminds us to "mourn with those who mourn".

[IGNITE] Friday May 20, 2022 - The regular Youth Fellowship meeting for this Friday is canceled.  Instead, join our Laser Tag Event scheduled for Saturday May 21st from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at The Zone in Ashburn.  Cost is $25, which includes 2 laser tag rounds and arcade games.  Invite your friends and join us for some friendly competition at the Zone. 

Special Announcement: GCC Youth Ministry is continuing the planning for a Summer Youth Mission Trip to Fairmount, WV on 6/18 – 6/25. All are invited. [IGNITE]  Friday April 29th - The regular Youth Fellowship meeting for this Friday is canceled.  Instead, join our Hiking Event scheduled for Saturday April 20, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 at Riverbend Park on the Potomac Heritage Trail.  More information is available here.

Special Announcement: GCC Youth Ministry is planning for a Summer Youth Mission Trip to Fairmount, WV on 6/18–25. All are invited. Contact Elder Eric or Pastor Arthur if interested. General information is available here. We will be holding special fundraising activities, not only to support the mission team financially, but also to provide an opportunity for the entire church to participate in this evangelistic effort. This year, the co-workers plan to hold the following activities:‎

‎car wash‎‎: held in conjunction with church cleanup on saturday, may 7. this is also a job that children love, and i asked brother qingyan to preside over and encourage the children to participate. without setting a price, brothers and sisters give according to their own hearts;‎

‎lunch‎‎: on sunday, may 15th, after the end of the english church, we invite the whole church to stay and have lunch, about $7-10 yuan per portion, please prepare some delicious food in advance, and then invite teenagers to serve to everyone;‎ 

‎Bake sale: Every Sunday in May, we sell small snacks at church stalls, which can be bought or made. Children with cooking interests and gifts are especially welcome to show their talents!
