Back on working on doll.tags a bit more seriously now that i've recovered a bit.

Current focus is reworking the "handler" stuff to allow a tag to have multiple handlers and a handler to have multiple contact links. i'll try to add a way to make it simpler to enter an e-mail instead of a link without requiring the user to manually enter mailto: (and knowing about it in the first place).
