Headcanons About the G.O.A.T

(Two posts in one day? Wowser.)

He never felt like Michael was his name. For his entire life he's been referred to as "Mike", so whenever he's called "Michael" . . . it's worth an eyebrow raising. It also fits him perfectly; short, blunt, and objective;

Never one for words. Not because he's a traumatized adult; he just doesn't like talking too much;

His grades in school were always average, except his consistently high grades in P.E. and math (the latter is a courtesy of the family bloodline);

The kind of guy that works in these convenience stores and never looks like he wants to be working there;

"That growth spurt is just right around the corner, bro," ahh height;

He's a retro sort of guy. Old movies, songs, shows . . . you name it—he's into it;

He's unintentionally kind of a dick sometimes in conversations;

His social vocabulary includes a wide arsenal of "Mhm", "hm", and shrugging;

He doesn't really care what the others think or say about him. In reality, he does care, but time made him rough around the edges to the point where aloofness became an emotional shield towards hate;

He's actually not clueless about how attracted people are to him. He's just a little too shy and a little too in disbelief that someone would actually want to fuck with his bum ass;

His ideal partner is a person that complements him in everyday life. So if he's one way, his partner is the other, and so on. For him, he doesn't need fancy dates or high expectations, just knowing that, no matter what happens, there's always someone there that's looking out for him fills him with ease;

He's part of the weird sort of human folks that doesn't look after themselves but manages to look good regardless;

He gave up on dating when he realized nobody would take the responsibility of living with his little sister inside the house. Between choosing either Abby or some random relationship that wouldn't last forever, he went with his sister;

Despite being seemingly rude and nonchalant, he cares a lot about his family's well-being, perhaps even more than he cares about himself. He doesn't state this out loud, but Abby and Vanessa point this out a lot;

He's not part of any special family, including serial killers or robotic engineers. He's a Schmidt and that's that. Mike's part of a family where everything went wrong because of cruel fate;

Maybe not the best driver in the world (parking tickets go brrr);

He was always interested in what's physical rather than what's theoretical. That being said, technology is not his strongest area (picture him showing Abby an ancient Facebook meme while laughing his ass off);

His spirit animal is the cat. He can trust in himself (body, mind, and soul) to reevaluate his past and try to learn what he couldn't learn back then (like Garrett's disappearance);

He shows love, but doesn't tell;

Bonus: Abby feels relieved whenever Mike tells her right before bedtime he's going to see her tomorrow. Despite how sullen and awkward her brother could be, deep down she knew that "See you tomorrow" was his way of saying, "I love you".

Can I just talk about how gross certain FNaF fans act around Mikenessa shippers?

Whatever, man. I don't give a fuck why you don't like the ship, but I respect your reasoning. Though I do take issue with the sort that feels entitled to attack people who ship them.

They aren't real. Why would you attack people simply because they go against YOUR headcanons? (It's called HEAD for a reason.) Going on someone's posts just to say crap when 99% of the time nobody asked for your opinion is such a loser behavior. And a lot of these people are over the age of 18... Get over yourself. Shouldn't you be worried about getting a job instead of creating pointless drama on social media?

Let's also talk about how Bi/Pan/T4T couples are a myth in the FNaF fandom. If it isn't gay/lesbian, it's straight. Yeah, right...

If the ship is not straight up illegal, I don't see why the attitude against shippers. Some of you act like we're committing a crime by shipping them together.

Lastly, some other shippers out there hate mikenessa more than they produce content for their own ship. Maybe if your energy was spent on your own pairing, it wouldn't be considered a rarepair. Smh.

FNAF fans hate women and they don't even try to hide it.

William killed more children than I can count with all of my fingers, hit on his own daughter, manipulated pretty much everyone that came across his life, and made Henry's life miserable to the point he committed suicide.

But he's the fandom's precious little dude.

Vanessa, on the other hand, was manipulated by William and had to silently watch everyone she considered dear to her die. After being on the wrong for many years, she ends up in a coma after trying to set things right.

But nah, she's the bitch. Fuck her. She's the worst addition to the movie.

The point I'm reaching: if the woman character is not conventionally attractive so that men can ogle at her, or morally correct, she's a useless bitch.

Can say this for certain since 2014—and Vanessa's not the only victim, and I doubt she'll be the last one.

Headcanons About Vanessa Shelly (Abby Edition)

(An apology letter for not posting a lot.)

Though they wouldn't openly admit it, they have a mother-daughter relationship (common take, but icl);

Since leaving the hospital and Mike getting a job, Vanessa voluntarily took responsibility for Abby while she was recovering, doing things like getting her ready for school and sometimes (whenever her injuries allow) even picking her up from school;

Since the couch became Vanessa's bed for a while, Abby constantly sleeps in the living room, so every night there is a "sleepover" between them. Abby does this because she thinks Vanessa is always lonely when sleeping on the couch, so she offers company—though Vanessa claims it isn't necessary (Mike tags along in their sleepovers sometimes);

They are an evil duo when it comes to cooking dinner together. Mike is a confirmed victim of their meals;

Whenever Abby has a nightmare, Vanessa holds her to her chest, caresses her hair, and hums a tune that her deceased mother used to hum when she was little. Abby eventually sleeps like a baby;

It's a common occurrence for them to be confused as daughter/mother by folks;

Despite being a cop and certified EMT (her words, not mine), Vanessa's true dream lies in pedagogy. She's constantly helping Abby with her homework assignments and teaches her basic levels of art and literature. Vanessa is pretty much Abby's private, after-school tutor;

Vanessa stimulates Abby to practice reading;

Being naturally curious, Abby constantly asks about Vanessa's life, like how she was as a teenager and how it is like being a cop. Vanessa doesn't feel troubled by it, but (per Mike's warning) Abby knows her limits when it comes to Vanessa's past family;

Vanessa is constantly reminded of a young version of herself whenever she looks at Abby. Because of this, Vanessa strives to be a good influence on Abby's life so she won't end up a traumatized adult like Vanessa herself in the future;

Abby and Mike are Vanessa's first true friends since the Missing Children from Freddy's;

Abby considers Vanessa the cooler version of Mike;

Vanessa attends parent meetings at school;

Abby's intelligence is close to young Vanessa's performance at school;

Abby is a Vanessa glazer. Everything Vanessa does is considered cool or incredible (Mike doesn't benefit from such praises);

Abby feels insulted when people refer to Vanessa as her babysitter and not as a family member;

Whenever the three have an argument, Abby and Vanessa always side together against Mike, so he always loses;

Abby doesn't really understand Mike and Vanessa's relationship, but she somehow knows it's meaningful;

Vanessa is reminded of her past relationship with her father whenever she watches Mike and Abby;

Vanessa is a certified muse of Abby, but her drawings of Vanessa are always left unfinished because Abby doesn't think she does a good job at capturing Vanessa's features, so she stops halfway and starts a new one (on the other hand, Mike is very easy to draw). The end result is a bunch of papers that contain unfinished sketches of Vanessa;

Abby uses any excuse she has to call Vanessa while she's on police duty. Vanessa doesn't mind, but Mike is mortified by her calling the cops;

Vanessa is a great story teller, so Abby is constantly asking her for a story so that she can illustrate;

Vanessa participated in a mother's day event at Abby's school. This is special for both of them, since neither Vanessa nor Abby had their mothers attending a mother's day school event;

Vanessa would shoot someone for Abby.

Not bad, eh? Oh, how I love them so, so much...
