no, you know what? this is actually kind of a serious rant so i'm not gonna do funny fonts stuff

so, given recent events of me getting back into the glitchtale series, i have found out that something was going on with the creator, Camila Cuevas and some stuff about siding with predators on her discord server. now i will admit, i do not know everything about the topic, nor do i feel any validity to say anything about who is really at fault here (although it sure as hell isn't the victims. i'm talking between the actual predators and Camila) but i am going to say this:

just because that's going on doesn't mean that people can't enjoy the series. this isn't even specific to glitchtale, but it's really just for anything in general. if the creator of a web series does something bad, it shouldn't change how people view the series. in the case of glitchtale, if there were any themes of any sort of sexual abuse in any way then it would definitely be concerning, but until that happens, i'm still allowed to compliment Camila's work, and i'm still allowed to enjoy glitchtale. plus from what i've seen, meropos looks like it's gonna be a whole other level and i'm extremely looking forward to it.

i think this is technically my first post that isn't a rant... ok well anyway i made a new account? blog? idfk this platform is still new to me anyway it's in relation to my newfound obsession with glitchtale and bête noire in particular so if you wanna go check it out then sure... it was an ama thing but i was like "nah that's boring i wanna just respond as her" so i do that now

i feel like you could probably just modify your chromosomes with telekinesis to switch gender, as for the shapeshifting? probably possible by collecting surrounding molecules, but it would be incredibly difficult and require some insane mastery over that shit

how would telekinesis even work? like you need to somehow grab an object without touching it... that defies newton's law of inertia, which means that a force has to be applied one way or another.

not only that, but the force being applied would have to be invisible, so it would probably be something like an electromagnetic field except way more universal as that doesn't work on everything. you could probably use something like a hyperfocused beam of light to exert a large amount of energy onto an object to move it, but then you just melt the object, and you also wouldn't be able to control molecules since they're too small. not only that, but it would be limited to moving objects away from you. maybe a beam of sound would work because there are many ways to control air, albeit with lower precision, but enough to control your sound beam. the only issue i can think of would be that the sound beam wouldn't work in a vacuum, and probably move things around that you wouldn't want to, and not be able to go through walls...... okay maybe there are a couple of problems with that. not like invisibility would be any better... you need to bend light around you, AND make it continue in the exact same direction :/

speaking of superpowers, telekinesis as a whole is incredibly underrated... like come on, if you gain mastery over that shit you can copy literally any another superpower

wanna be invisible? move your molecules apart.

wanna make explosions? split an atom or make a tiny chemical reaction

wanna fly? i think that one's pretty self explanatory

wanna become liquid? do the same thing as invisiblity but not as much

midnight rant #1

yes these are going to be numbered. i need proof of being mentally stupid

anyway, what is it with most games being completely unrealistic? like i have not seen a single game that is even remotely close to somebody's normal life. you're either fighting eldritch beings with gandalf or doing some sort of cooking game with floating hands or something... where are the realistic games?

here's how one would go: first person gameplay with your only "abilities" being walking, sprinting, and so on. if you walk into a wall, nothing happens, but if you sprint into a wall, you have your screen go a little bit dazed and your character goes like "ow" or something. anyway the game story starts with you waking up but there's no hud to tell you what to do. you just have to do everything to get ready for some office job, then the gameplay for the most part is just you doing that office job except your computer's getting hacked or something. think of it as like a game within a game but the inner game is actually just somebody's computer being overrun with popups and stuff

obviously this is a stupid idea and nobody would actually make this or play this but it's just a proof of concept. obviously there's only so realistic you can get, and that borders on virtual reality but i think it's still possible to make a realistic and entertaining game.
