Evaluation
My personal relationship with my sister motivated my design decisions as it steered the topic of the project.
My project went through a lot of changes in the inital ideas phase as I spent a lot of time deciding what to base the book on.
My project went from superheros to a personal story about my relationship with my sister. So the topic changed the most.
I didn’t manage my time very well throughout the unit as I spent too much time creating ideas rather than creating imagery.
I took all feedback on board and tried to put it all into practice too. This did slow down my image making but it made my project better informed.
I think areas that I need more practice on would be time management and using indesign. I really struggle with Indesign so it made the printing process very difficult.
I have learnt from this unit to not leave imagery to the last minute as it felt rushed and not to the best of my ability.
On reflection I would continue with a different style of art for my final outcome as it looks more professional and suits the relationship I have with my sister more.
