A new day dawns, and I'm filled with joy knowing that I can contribute, in my own small way, to the dreams of countless boys and girls from Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. The Bansa Community Library plays a vital role by providing books to help these young people from this little Village of Bansa to prepare for competitive exams like government jobs and the military and constable jobs. After all, even small acts can have a ripple effect, creating a larger impact than we might imagine. I've been a proud supporter of the library for a long time, and when their recent request arrived, I was more than happy to continue my contribution as a Rotarian 😊

A wonderful time together when mother and daughter had visited Bandipur National Park, staying in a luxury resort. As Subir was traveling, it was bonding time for the ladies of the house 😄

People Tantrums
I increasingly find affirmation in my choice not to pursue Psychology beyond my post-graduation, particularly considering the array of emotions one encounters. Now, dealing with immature, irrational, and eccentric individuals has reinforced my conviction in this decision.
I am content with knowing my own limitations and strive to excel in areas that align with my capabilities. It would be beneficial if some of the individuals I interact with could recognize and gracefully accept their own limitations, rather than engaging in childish tantrums.
Found this poster on Canva and liked it.

The delight of a Sunday evening is experienced when an empowered woman takes me on a ride. Renuka, a single mother, successfully raised and educated her children, who are now employed. It was my first encounter riding with a female auto driver today which I booked through the app Namma Yatri.

It's OK to be not OK.
But how many people accept this simple fact of life ? It feels sad when one comes across people, people who you care for fighting the ghost of not feeling OK and display extremely disturbing behaviour, where they probably are not even aware what they are doing and saying.
Their immediate target to vent out the hidden suppressed emotion are the immediate family and close friends.
Today was one such day. A member of a social club I am part of , has been missing out from the scene , so when couple of other members tried to reach out to her to know her well being , she wrote a mail mentioning that she felt hounded, specifically targeting me.
Though initially felt bad reading her rudely worded email, I thank my well grounded traning in Psychology to feel sad for her condition instead.
It's a pity that people who are on the onset of the mental illness, loose the sense of understanding and appreciating the love and care people have for them.
One only hopes that she recovers from her imagined world and break the wall and open up or simply seek out medical intervention to lead a normal life.

Feel happy that we stay close to the green landscape where one can still get to see the wild animal movement. When we visited the new IIMB campus the first thing came to mind is the student safety in the campus as the whole campus is set amid the National park. The campus is almost ready and a kind guard let us in to take a short walk around the campus. As of now they have built only the classrooms and the hostel facilities. And the workings will start from April 1st is what we were told

Shouting is a trait, ignoring it is an art 🙂
The photo was clicked from the location of IT Nature Club's livelihood initiative in Garhwal .Kunwarji's Eco Farm is a lovely place to few days in the hills to experience the rustic life of a villager.

Yesterday we went for our evening Chaat session. Raju Panipuriwala has been running this eatery now for almost 10 years. As there were hardly any customers yesterday , he could narrate his problems with locals who would come and eat full plate of Panipoori but insist on paying only Rs 2. If he demanded the full payment, they would threaten him that they will not let him run the business. He also mentioned about the torture meted out by Thakurs in his hometown of Mirzapur and how things are slowly changing for the better these days.
All these conversations made me think about the trials n difficulties each and every micro entrepreneur has to go through. I felt my situation is no better than his. Each of us are battling a war of our own to survive and earn a living.

Memories of the Third Sunday outings that I used to organize in Anekal Taluk. Miss the trails which I had to give up due to time constraint yet happy to see the trails continues to be popular being led by other birders now...
