Important animal update

The animals are all fine.

Houdini was bugging Elvis apparently, now Elvis knows what it's like when he bugs the other cats. He will not learn from this.

It was Leroy's turn to sit with my dad this morning. He was petted a lot.

They're all enjoying the air conditioning.

Took a free class from the creator of one of my newest oracle decks (wasn't really expecting much but hey free) and it took ten minutes before she was going on about how water fluoridation is bad for you because the molecules bond to something in your thyroid and cause problems.

I guess these folks would rather deal with more tooth decay?

Today's snack is this protein bar. It is SimplyProtein's crispy chocolate coconut, which I predict will taste like chalk and sawdust.

Please hold while I try.

For a gluten free protein bar this isn't bad. I wish it was a bit sweeter. If I see them in stores I'll give their other flavours a go because they're not chalky like Clif bars. If you want a nice "healthy" granola bar though I like MadeGood.
