I'm so excited to have the Discovering Beauty Tarot in my collection. It reminds me of the World Spirit Tarot. The deck was inspired by the beauty of the Earth. The suits are Air, Water, Earth, and Fire and the courts have been named Root, Voice, Heart, and Spirit to "connect them to the Earth and the body."

Important animal update

Dad was doing some work in the garage so Cupid followed him out. She barked at another dog just to let them know that this was her home.

She also tried (seedless) watermelon. She likes it apparently.

Elvis has recovered from being attacked by the groomer's hose of death (A.K.A the dryer) and is his usual mischievous self

The Red Madonna finally came so here's my Queen of Heaven shrine with Inanna, Sophia, and Mother Mary. The little red statue represents an entity/archetype I call the Red Goddess.

I painted the lotus bowl and made the red necklace Sophia is wearing.

Important animal update

Buttons did a big jump! I am so proud of her. I said hello to her on the phone but she was like "I don't care about this strange voice."

Elvis went to the groomer. He was a very good boy for his bath.

Then it was time to dry him.

To quote the groomer "I have never heard an animal scream like that."

She had to towel dry him because he would not stop screaming bloody murder.

At least she was able to get rid of his matted fur and clip his nails.

This is Hay House's Card Deck Club for Fall 2025 and includes three decks and a mini diffuser!

I wasn't interested in the Trust Your Vibes deck at all but it has bright colours, whimsical childlike illustrations, I'll give the guidebook a read but it's not why I didn't cancel my subscription after my first box.

Okay, next is the Fairy Tale Heroine Oracle. Let me sell you on this deck with one image:

The deck is giving me very earthy and watery vibes. There are lots of dark browns, greens, and blues. The dark colours give me kind of a rainy spring vibe. Idk it feels wet to me.

Now the Inner Temple Oracle. I'll show you a trick:

Some women will never want children in their life in any meaningful capacity. They don't want to give birth. They don't want to adopt. They don't want to be the fun auntie. They don't want to be a godmother. They don't want to work in a field with children. They will never change a child's diaper and don't believe their lack of childcare skills is a problem that needs fixing, because childcare is not a crucial part of the human experience, with billions of people on the planet. They go about their day while only seeing kids out at the grocery store or at the park, and nothing is missing from their lives.

The refusal to accept this is driving a global right-wing backlash movement.
