Tell me you book journal, without telling me you book journal. I’ll go first, haha.
Anyway, here’s a few books I tabbed and my new November spread! I am loving it! (inspo from Pinterest). Also, those little dots in my calendar are my habits (the key’s covered up by the book I’m currently reading).

Hi everyone
I just thought I would share this resources because it is mind blowing.

This girl has ADHD and talked about how she has always struggled with time blocking and keeping a calendar. She created a new method that works better for her.
Instead of having different coloured colours calendar for different areas of your life and then struggling to know what to do with events that belong to multiple areas. It works by having different colours for each calendar that helps you prioritise tasks. I myself have a hard time deciding what's important.
I have outlined my modified calendars that make sense for me but check out the video for hers.
Appointments
This calendar is for time sensitive things that have be done and/or would have a negative impact on others if you don't follow through. These can't be moved or would be really difficult to move.
Examples: actual appointments, work shifts, classes, scheduled group rehearsals/trainings, someone's birthday dinner/party
Bottlenecks
This calendar is for things that don't need to be done AT a specific time but do need to be done BY a specific time. This means they can be moved around whenever before the deadline but need to be done before the deadline otherwise they create a bottleneck in your schedule and lead to you getting overwhelmed.
Example: homework, taking the bins out, paying bills, filming youtube videos
Critical (yellow)
This calendar is for things that you deem critical to your goals and growth. These can be moved around if needed but are things you want to try your best to get done each day.
Examples: workouts, reading 10 pages of a book, doing a full skincare routine
Daily Routine
This calendar is for parts of your day that happen regularly. These can be moved around where needed.
Examples: habits, chores, meals, travel time
Extra Fancy
This calendar is for extra fancy stuff that your ideal self would like to get done. These are nice to do or want to do but nothing bad will happen if you don't do them.
Examples: doing a facemask, watching a movie, doing some arts and crafts
Favourable Rememberables
This calendar is for things that you need to remember in the future.
Examples: birthdays, days off, due dates (I recommend creating separate events for submitting assessments or paying the bill and put them as appointments which are your top priority)
I hope this can be useful to someone because I think it will have a big difference for me. 💗

Get Your Morning Started 🤍
I bet you already read dozens of morning routines but maybe I can offer you a few different tips and tricks with my step by step morning routine.
waking up early is essential to make the most out of the day. If you aren‘t an early bird, try different kinds of alarm clocks (light, nature sounds, etc).
After waking up make sure there is some water on your nightstand and drink it. Start hydrating!
Try to avoid your phone as long as possible - no one needs your attention that early in the morning. Be considerate and put your attention on yourself!
Don‘t make your bed. Srsly! Open your window and air your bedding first. Making your bed right after getting up is a safe place for mites. While ventilating the bedroom you can go the bathroom, prepare your drinks/breakfast, journal or meditate. Make your bed 30 min after leaving your bed.
Meditate. Light a candle or incense sticks. Roll out your fitness mat and choose between guided meditations or non guided meditations (I recommend guided for beginners, you can find some on YouTube or Spotify) meditation is key try to stick to it daily!
Journal for organisation and personal growth. 5 to 10 minutes only (!!!) there are many journals out there, I personally use the 5 Minute Journal but any journal would do. You can use a plain notepad and look up journaling ideas on pinterest I really don‘t want you to spend money on stuff you don‘t necessarily need just for the aesthetic.
Move your body honey! Do a YouTube workout or go for a run. Walk your staircase up and down do whatever you feel like doing but try to ignore your lazy bum trying to make you skip this. Get stared on this one you can thank me later.
Breakfast, baby. Nutrition and hydration is non-negotiable! Have your vegetables and fruits, drink your coffee or matcha, don’t forget to drink your lemon water. Don‘t skip breakfast to loose wait angel. Your organs need the calories to function during the day so treat yourself with love and consideration.
Keep calm and moisturise. Quick shower or wash to get ready for the day. Skincare is everything. I’m currently investing (and testing) Korean skincare for myself but a few products are key: cleanser -> toner -> antioxidant serum (vitamin c) -> eye cream -> moisturizer -> sunscreen
Make up and dress up. Find your personal style you feel comfortable with and you‘re good to go. You can look up outfit capsules on pinterest for wardrobe ideas. In terms of make up I personally think less is more. Mascara, lip oil, some rouge on the cheeks and vaseline and you‘re fine. I personally prefer a sleek hairstyle.
Listen to podcast. This step is easily combined with breakfast or getting ready. I‘m currently listening to Confessions by Anastazia but I’ll probably make a playlist with my fave podcast episodes from various podcasts and share it with you.

At 100 people, Confucius is alive but Socrates has not yet been born. 100 people. That's a medium sized wedding. A small lecture theatre or concert. 200 people, probably the biggest party i could ever hope to host, takes you back 5000 years. The guests at your soirée of parents would be contemporaries of the Egyptian and Indus Valley civilisations, although you'd probably be too busy fixing drinks and nibbles to talk to all of them. Your ancestors are comparing their pink floyd vinyl with music played on instruments carved from wood or bones of long vanished species. Wander through the crowd. See your own features and phrases and gestures refract out like a kaleidoscope. What would they make of you? What do you make of them? Why does it feel so unfair that even that first 100 years --that small family dinner of four--is out of your grasp? Maybe it's because questions of spatial distance have become negligible to us now. why, oh why, does time hold out against us so stubbornly

that line just… broke me?? it’s something ellie would absolutely say to a baby and to hear ashleys voice say it to baby ellie was so emotional. i also think that to some extent… it felt like ashley was saying that to the ellie’s of the world??
listen. i didn’t play the game when it came out. but i would have been so in love with ellie at 14 if i had. even now, i see so much of myself in her character.
“you fucking tell ‘em ellie” that was for all the girls who came into the word kicking and screaming — the ones who are weird and off putting and don’t say the right thing. it was complete acceptance from a mother for whoever her daughter became. anna didn’t care — she just wanted ellie to keep screaming.
ashley knows what ellie is to young women. i think that line just… hit different.
