I would symbolize myself as a clock in this school year, Because I,As a student I realize that having a Good time management skills in this pandemic helps me and prioritize my tasks so I can be able to complete school work and assignments on time. Students like me are able to plan ahead, set aside the time they need for projects and assignments, and make better use of that time. we all know that this school year is so challenging, and putting our time in this online learning is double, but I realize something that in this online learning helps me. I have failing grades and everything but through ICT I can research some that social information that can easily be found. but some Misuse of technology and some not it depends on us on how we handle technology, just know your limit. through this year I would say “TIME IS GOLD”.

This is my reflective piece or output using an ICT tool, platform, or application of choice on my learning experience during the semester (or over the course of the pandemic) we all know that ICT known as the all communications technologies including computers, cellphones, software and other applications and services. ICT provides a faster, better and quicker ways to communicate with other people. It also help employees to find a job easily and worthy. ICT also can enable men and women get a stronger voice in their communities. Experiencing Online class is very hard to catch up because of connection problems. I am very thankful to all teachers of their understanding and patience they give us. I believe that “you can’t connect your students to the world if you aren’t connected to it yourself ”.

Lana Ghneim, 23, is a member of the HeForShe campaign in Jordan, a solidarity movement for the advancement of gender equality led by UN Women. She has recently graduated as a Pharmacist from the Al-Zaytonah University in Amman, Jordan. Ghneim is a youth activist, a global citizen, born and raised in 6+ countries, she loves spending her time in learning, volunteering talking to other people and she wants to leave a positive footprint anywhere she go.
According to Lana Ghneim, you can become part of Generation Equality if you do three things which are: teach gender equality from a young age, engage men and boys in the fight for women's rights, and know your rights, and don't be afraid to stand up for them. Lana Ghneim is an influential person because of what she experienced and witnessed. She opened the door for all genders to learn that everyone can do things that everyone can do. She became the voice of mistreated people around the world especially in her place at Jordan. Lana Ghneim said, "men have seen women as objects and believed they have the power to control what women do, think, and wear." And we as a team agree that this mentality of ownership must change and that men have to see women as equals and that we have to lift each other up. If a man keeps on downgrading his woman and thinks she is just a mere object to be controlled anytime try to ask him if he can do her work. People like Lana are those type of people that we really need that are eager to help others experience a respectful and happy life and without her, our voice that shouts for gender equality may not be amplified.
“If we don’t push for change now, future generations will face the same challenges.” -Lana Ghneim

“FEMINISM”
Feminism is “the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.” Feminism which people are not treated equally, politically, economically, legally, and socially. It means fighting for intersectionality and acknowledging how race, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status affects feminism. The importance of feminism for men relies on a simple fact, and that is that the concept of equality is not endangering, and never has been. But if men want to strive for equality, they must first accept a reality that surrounds themselves first: men are put in a position of power by society. The fundamental purpose of feminism is to empower people to understand the experiences of those different from them through for the similar, yet broad aim of gender equality.

Men’s Health Is Important
When it comes to discussions about gender equality, it isn’t uncommon for someone in the room to say, “What about the men?” Achieving gender equality has been difficult because of the underlying belief that giving women more rights and freedom somehow takes rights away from men. The reality, however, is that gender equality is good for everyone. Men’s health is important matter, men who hold traditional ideas about masculinity are more likely to die by suicide and suffer worse health. Anxiety about being the only financial provider plays a big role in this, so in countries where women are allowed education and equal earning power, men don’t shoulder the burden alone. women and men have equal opportunities for realizing their full rights and potential to be healthy, contribute to health , and benefit from the results.

"𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞’𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲"
Gender Equality should be about each and every one of us, it requires all men and women, girls and boys. It is everyone’s rights and responsibility. Achieving gender equality requires everyone’s cooperation, understanding capability and engagement. Each and every one of us should know that gender equality helps all of us succeed, as we cannot all succeed when half of us is held back against our will. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses regardless of our gender. We must acknowledge those strengths and help one another, understand one another. We move forward together without limiting ones capabilities.

"WE ARE ALL EQUAL"
All people has an equal rights, opportunities and responsibilities in this world. Not only women are have been fighting for their rights but also men are worthy for their rights. We should realize that we are all the same, we're the same people, just different genders and we should value one another as equal. As a good individual, we should educate ourselves about gender sensitivity and empower one another to have rights in making choices and decisions in our daily lives. Gender equality is a human right that everyone deserves and is essential in changing the world for the better.

"FAIR IS FAIR, FAIR FOR ALL"
Fair or fairness is in accordance with the rules or standards; legitimate. All genders can do things equally, have the same treatment, not be discriminated, should have equal rights and most importantly be responsible and respectful to all gender. The world is becoming increasingly fine and respectful to all kinds of genders, but there are some who still are against them and discriminate their happiness because of their gender. All of us are human beings , we feel what we feel and deserve to be happy for who we are regardless of gender. With this, we can that the end of the day, the important thing that we need to accept is love is love abs if we do accept this and accept one another we can have a respectful and responsible society.

"HE OR SHE CAN DO THE WORK"
Both can do the work efficiently, men are capable of doing the women's work and women are capable of doing the mens work. Doing household chores, babysitting or taking care of the kids, taking care of her husband is commonly known as a women's job, but wait, can't men do these work?
Men are capable of taking care of kids, doing household chores, as well as taking care of their partner. The problem is just the belief of a person. Men should work and do difficult tasks that requires extreme strength while women are just by taking care of the kids and cleaning the house, which is believed that it is a very easy task. Does that apply the gender equality? No right, in every task and work there is always gender inequality.

“Men and Women in equality; Endowed with the same Dignity”
What we call GENDER EQUALITY is a widespread problem not just in our society but around the world.
Both men and women are concerned with inequality, and it has a significant effect on their lives. We, the Filipinos, are aware of and have seen this type of problem, and the fact is that we face it on a daily basis. I would like to support this movement for equality because girls, boys, homosexuals, and lesbians all have the right to be seen, and without Gender Equality, there would be inequality. - Lea Rose Gelardino
